The manager is absolutely disgusting and rude when you ask a question he ignores you.. Me and mom mother went in there yesterday and the music was so loud you have to yell to talk to each other we asked if he could turn it down he said"I mean I could."Absolutely disgusting and I'm professional if I could give them zero ⭐ I would.

Everytime I call I’m out on hold for an incredibly long time I’m talking 15 minutes our more. This is unacceptable!! I get you guys get busy out your business could tell the person calling that it’s going to take awhile and that they could wait on hold or get a call back when you all slow down. My question would of taken 2-4 minutes at most.

Honestly not worth trying iv personally tried taking multiple different items in there to sell and they beyond low ball you on anything and say it don't sell well or they don't go for much but than you look around and they want almost brand new prices for anything they sell including the same thing you took in they have it listed for anywhere from 3-5 times the amount they offer you even when it's in worst condition then what you have. I have been told multiple different things over the phone which is why I would bring items in then I get told different stuff when I get into the store and magically none of them said it they ask who told you that and its like how am I suppose to know when you guys pick up the phone saying "pawn 1" nothing else like it's just a joke and not worth trying I have had 5 bad experiences with them so at this point I will never go back to them again no matter what.

Went in looking for a new shotgun and Cody helped me find exactly what I needed, he also gave me some great tips for local hunting. Refreshing to buy something from someone who knows exactly what they're selling, definitely will be back in again soon!

Bought a PlayStation 4 from there and brought it home and could not call them through the weekend so I called them on Monday and they told me that they would not take my PlayStation back it started making a loud noise and told me I was pretty much stuck with it so horrible customer service horrible business I will take my business elsewhere

I have been a customer of Pocatello Pawn 1 since 2013 or thereabouts. I have always had a good experience there. When they can help me with a pawn or sell they do. When they cannot pawn my item they make sure I know exactly why. I always recommend them if asked about pawnshops.

Tom was so helpful today. He was patient and answered all of our questions and helped us purchase several guns today. The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Wow, it's like I walked in to the museum of helpfulness. These champions of customer service will help you browse a healthy selection of guns, jewelry, electronics, DVDs, video games, car audio, tools and a downright nutty selection of music gear/essentials. You'd be silly not to go in there and negotiate what just might be the deal of a lifetime. With their incredible prices and non-threatening environment they're ready to write you a loan/buy/sell/and just be awesome in general.

That one lady Taryn, sold me my first gun and answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful, and had the best customer service. I 10/10 recommend Pawn One and Taryn. She is wifey material.

They sold me a Nintendo switch docking station when they only had it in a pair but they came off just the docking station which was much appreciated 5stars!!!

Friendly environment. Cody knows the most about the items in store and can answer 98% of questions. He's always been honest with me about loans, makes the process a lot faster and easier. Cody is fun and easy to talk to. I always wait for Cody to be available in store before buying or loaning anything

Great customer service, awesome prices. I have never had any problems with merchandise I've purchased at Pawn1. As a matter of fact everything I bought there has work perfectly. They also offer a warranty for very affordable price on the pre-owned products that they sell. and they are very accommodating and reasonable. I would highly recommend shopping there.

My husband has been looking for a PLaystation 5 and they had one that had been brought in for a loan. The employee told me it was $800.00 for a used system that had been in their back room for 4 months cause he told me it had been there that long. They want $500.00 for a new one in the store. I guess all these people who sell this stuff for high pricing are just out to screw people over. Don't waste your time or money with these guys they won't work with you even if your husband is house bound and disabled.

Been going here sense they first opened and will never go to another pawn shop. Best prices on Merchandise they haggle too. They also give fair loans and Price's on our no longer wanted items. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff you couldn't pick a better pawn shop in town.

STAY AWAY. They sell bad jewelry way over priced, they completely rip you off and lie to you. Don’t dare trying to take it back either. I paid over 500$ for a ring and they only offered $50. I get it’s a pawn shop but they must make a lot taking advantage of people.
