We recently switched insurance companies and have nothing but great things to say about Aaron Moore at State Farm. I tire of the lost art of true customer service. You know the kind of service where they actually know your name and truly care about you and your needs? This is an area where Aaron truly excels and one of the reasons he is so successful. When you go to his office you are not just another number coming through the door, you are a friend. He takes the time to truly get to know you and your specific needs, and then tailors your insurance needs accordingly. Aaron is honest and upfront, he is knowledgeable, he is incredibly personable, and I have seen him on more than one occasion go above and beyond to help a client. We own a home business and have some unique insurance needs. After finding out that he would not be able to insure the business, he went out of his way to find someone who could insure our business. Now THAT is true customer service. Thank you Aaron, for being an outstanding agent and member of our community, and thank you for keeping good ol’ fashioned customer service alive!

We have been so happy to work with Aaron Moore at State Farm for all of our insurance needs. We have car insurance, homeowners, and life insurance all under one roof. When we have had the unfortunate events of needing to file a claim- Aaron has been there for us to help and make it less stressful. We always call him with questions and he guides us on what to do. It's so nice to have an agent that is more like a friend, someone we really trust! I bundle our life insurance and car insurance into one easy monthly payment and have auto pay come out a few days after payday so it's a bill we never have to worry about missing. His entire team is helpful and friendly. If you really want the "like a good neighbor" experience- this is it!!!

Aaron is a one of a kind agent. He is always there to listen and offer solid advice. He searches for the best way to keep your insurance affordable, making sure the coverage is adequate. He never loses his cool, even though he probably wants to. Aaron is honest in his dealings professionally and in his personal life. I am always confident I’ll hear the truth when I talk to him. That’s worth everything!

Aaron Moore and his team are the best. My previous insurance agent never took the time to get to know what my needs might be and made it very clear that he could not be bothered. It often took weeks to get a response and other times I never did. Unlike that agent, Aaron Moore answers the phone or responds back quickly (usually within minutes). He takes care of his clients and is genuine and sincere. He checks in with us often to see if our needs have changed or to simply ask how we are doing. As long as he is in business, I'm not going anywhere.

Now days you can get insurance almost anywhere, but how many people can say they have a personal relationship with their agent!? It’s not a matter of IF something is going to happen, but WHEN; and I find comfort in knowing that Aaron Moore is always there for me, even if it’s just a question. He is always available and always takes care of me in a timely manner. He always has my best interest at heart and his office is always so easy to work with!!!
