I have been leasing cars from Phil Meador for a few years now and I have always been impressed. They have outstanding service from the service department, to the car salesmen to the financial guys. This past Saturday, I went in to see Jesse Howell about my lease ending and my options. He took a large chunk of his day out to talk to me about my options and shared his knowledge in educating me. Our salesman Jesse Howell was very responsive and provided timely feedback as far as the status of our order (Toyota Tacoma Army Green). He also helped setup the audio and navigation packaging, linking cellphone to the car etc. Faithful to his management to mention the extended warranty offer but respected my decision not to purchase. I think pushing too much all these extras would alienate buyers but not this leadership. In turn they will gain more business because customers are very sensitive if dealership is too pushy. What I like about is I got the right color I wanted plus there was no so called "economic adjustment" or "dealer markup" at the time of closing.

To say I am so so so disappointed about the car we bought from them is an understatement. I was 25 weeks pregnant with twins and needed a car to fit my whole family. Tad helped us and said everything was good with the car when we bought it. Well after using the AC I started to smell like a propane smell and took it to Toyota they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the AC. Now maybe a month later the AC no longer blows cool air. We just got it checked and they stated nothing was wrong with the car so now I have a 2 month old car to me, with no working AC and 4 kids to be driving around.

On Christmas, I was hit on the rear quarter panel of my car. After repairs were said and done, there was still an issue with my car that the repair shop couldn’t seem to fix. After a few attempts at finding the problem, the repair shop told me I should send it to Toyota to get it checked out. Jesus was the tech that was available to go on a test drive with me to try and understand what was going on. He told me “now that I’m working on your car, I promise I will fix it for you.” And he wasn’t lying! After only a few visits to Toyota, my car was finally fixed! 5 months after my wreck and I was so thankful that someone was finally able to solve this persistent problem. If you’re getting your car repaired at Toyota, I highly recommend asking for Jesus!

If you want a better deal on a car go to Utah. All these people want are money. They say they will work with you but won't. I would never buy a car here ever. And also I hear that this place is good to work for however if you do one thing they see wrong instead of writing someone up they fire then. Really guys firing someone over a gallon of gas when you could if just wrote them up. Every place I know of will write someone up first before firing. And tell your lot people to do there job better and be faster.

Salesman are very very pushy to buy from them. I found a car from another Toyota dealer better suited to my liking and they were mad at me and made rude comments about it. Highly recommend going to a different dealer. Bountiful Toyota was more then amazing.

I loved the experience. My last experience at another place was awful and was very pleasantly surprised here. Ryan is the best. Walked me through everything, always answered any question, did everything he could to help me, was never pushy or trying to rush me. Everyone made sure I was confident and happy with my decision. I can't review the sales process, as we purchased our vehicle out of state. However, we recently dealt with the service department for a recall repair (and while it was in, a few minor service issues). Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional, and the work was completed for a very fair price (recall was naturally free of charge). Their shuttle service was unexpected and helpful, as that wasn't offered at the dealership we bought our vehicle at. Overall, very satisfied. As far as sales, I have family that have bought several vehicles from Ed (6 now??) and wouldn't think to go to anyone else when they need a car. Years of great service from him. UPDATE A YEAR LATER, 11/17: Still nothing but great experiences here. In the last year we had our RAV4 to a dealership in Salt Lake twice and they were nothing but a headache, and couldn't do a basic job right (literally just filling up the washer fluid...). Having a couple other interactions at Phil Meador including one a couple weeks ago, it's still been nothing but a pleasure to deal with their service department. My wife was recently in with a grumpy toddler in tow for a relatively urgent maintenance issue, and they were conscious of her situation and got her in and out quickly; it was a great relief for my stressed wife while I was out of town. My sales guy, Casey was the BOMB!!! I live about 45 minutes away from the dealership, so he answered alot of my questions through texts. Got me approved for my truck before I even got to the dealership. That same day, I drove to the dealership and bought the perfect truck, even with the limited inventory! We recently purchased a car from Phil Meador. This is our second time of purchasing a vehicle with these guys! We have loved the service and help that we have gotten from them. Our sales person this time was Andrew Hall. He was nothing short of amazing! He was patient and answered tons of questions for us. He did not pressure us in any way. He was so willing to work with us that he even came in on his day off to help us because we are from out of town. He was fun to work with. He had an amazing sense of humor. When we met with the person from finance, Chris Whitney, the knowledgeable, helpful and friendly service continued. We chose not to purchase locally and went back to Phil Meador on purpose. I'd been searching for a new Tacoma at several dealers in the Pacific Northwest and on a whim, I stopped in at Phil Meador to price check some of their competition. I was blown away with the level of service these guys provide. My salesman, Keenan Brune, patiently worked with me viewing dozens of vehicles, making sound recommendations in a NO PRESSURE environment. Keenan was extremely knowledgeable about the trucks we looked at, and even after several months of research, he shed some light on things I didn't know about. He worked hard, on my behalf, getting the best possible deal on my trade and an amazing price on the vehicle I was looking for. Michael Fernandez handled my financing and I was very impressed with the deal he was able to put together for me. My options were thoroughly reviewed and I was in the know on every charge and financing option I had available. I've never signed paperwork with more confidence-- best car buying experience, from start to finish, hands down. These guys truly care about their customers and are looking out for your best interest. I didn't expect to be driving away in a brand new 2017 Tacoma, but I am extremely pleased with my decision and the experience I had at Phil Meador Toyota. Really do enjoy the environment here nice friendly people. I also love the shuttle service they provide to offer a convenience to customers. Even if you just want an inspection you can use the shuttle service. I believe these guys to be pretty reasonably priced and very efficient. I have had a lot of work done on different cars and trucks.

Jesse Howell was excellent to work with. This is the second truck I've bought through the PM family of dealerships. They didn't try to jerk me around or drag out the process. I went in thinking I'd probably walk out 15 minutes later, but 15 minutes later we had a really fair deal that saved me from driving to SLC. These dealerships really do seem interested in satisfying customers.

William Roth went above for us to find the exact 4 runner we wanted. He was quick finding and having it transferred so it was available for us to buy within a week. Highly recommend this Toyota dealership. I had trouble with my windshield washer fluid, which seemed to be frozen, while traveling through Pocatello. Called the dealership and spoke with Kim who said to bring it by. When I arrived, I was in the garage within 2 minutes and had 3 technicians working on it, including Kim. They suctioned out some fluid and added a Deicer which took a while to work--about 6 hours--but eventually solved the problem--at least for now. It's only 11 degrees here in Pocotello this morning. When I get back to Alpine, Wyoming and minus 14 I'll need a warm garage and a hot blanket for my Prius V!

What a pleasant car buying experience! Called about a 4Runner I found online and was assisted by Eric Cheney. I made an appointment to look at the vehicle and when I arrived, Eric was at the door before I ever entered the building. He displayed patience, honesty and humor throughout the entire buying process. I did not feel a minute of my time was wasted! We were so pleased with the certified used vehicle and the service we received, we went down a week later and purchased a Tundra from Eric also. After the sale, Eric also helped us with purchasing accessories for our vehicles, and was just as attentive as he was the first time we met. I have experienced a lifetime of pushy car salesmen and "credit bombing". If you want to avoid that, just go down to Phil Meador Toyota and ask for Eric.

I was very disappointed in the way the salesman and the sales manager did business. It was almost like they wanted us out the door. They low balled us on our BMW Trade in and didn't even try to work on numbers with us. I have never been treated so badly when purchasing a car. I will NEVER Purchase a car from Phil Meador. They need to figure out what customer service is really about.

If you need help with parts, find Kelly! I needed some advice on what to buy for my tundra and he knew exactly what I needed. If Toyota didn't carry the part he would call around to local part stores to help you find good prices and what is equivalent to Toyota quality. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

The Service Dept is absolutely outstanding! Every single employee there from the Greeter, the shuttle drivers, to the techs and people behind the desk have truly gone above and beyond to help fix an issue with our vehicle. Kim has worked closely with me to help mitigate the issue with my truck and has even called to follow up with me and be sure everything worked out. As I said, the whole staff is phenomenal I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to give a massive shoutout to Kim...he far exceeded my expectations and genuinely cared about my family and I having a safe vehicle. Good, quick service. I've never had any issues and they have worked well with me in multiple situations. I bought my tires here and got a flat about a year later and they repaired it for free asap. I also lost a hubcap after a tire rotation and they covered the replacement as well. Additionally, I like getting my oil changed here for their multi point inspection and the customer service does a good job breaking down the inspection and explaining things.

In house financing is amazing. They beat every local bank by 6 to 12%. Mike Fernandez made this car buying experience a dream. I was always under the impression that buying from a dealer was not a good idea. That I would be taken advantage some how on the price. I have a whole new outlook on vehicle purchases now. Keenan Brune was very responsive to our needs and desires. He was very professional and knowledgeable on available inventory. We felt like we were appreciated as potential buyers and were listened to. We were heard during the negotiation process and are very satisfied with the deal we were able to make. I feel like the customer service is rough with this place. I bought a car, was told things would be done and I have to keep calling to get things done. No one calls you back, no one communicates anything, and they promise to drop prices and then "move fees around". I was given less than half of what I paid for a car I bought from them and traded to them because of the things that were on it when I purchased it. My sales person made a lot of promises that have not happened. I have purchased two cars here and probably will not ever come back.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership service department. I was greeted with a smile, the service was prompt, the service advisor informed me of items to be aware of, or addressed in future visits. AND my dirty car was washed and vacuumed. Wow! And on top of that, a rear seatbelt was stuck and the advisor was able to free it without charging me. I was so grateful. I let everyone know of the great experience I had at the dealership.

Took in a used prius key fob for programming and was told when I dropped it off that used keys sometimes don't work. What's really the case is that they can't program a used fob, but they are happy to charge $60+ to attempt programming the fob and then afterwards inform you that only locksmiths at able to reprogram a used fob. I blew $60 on a service they knew would fail from the very beginning. If you know you don't have the ability to do a job, don't take it. I'll be seeking service elsewhere in future.
We are sorry that this was your experience. Every customer is informed before service is provided that fob may not program. Choosing to go through with the service is the customers choice. From the time I was on the phone talking to Will about a car we were interested in until we signed the closing papers with Chris our experience was extremely positive. We are from MT, we had peace of mind before we even took the trip down to look at the car. Will was very helpful over the phone answering all of my questions. We quickly set up a day to come down, look and take a test drive. Chris found a better interest rate than our local bank and meticulously went over all forms. Will answered our many questions during our test drive and then reviewed the features of the car again before we left for our two hour drive home. Our experience with Phil Meador restored our faith in honest dealerships.

I've been taking my vehicle there for service for years and have always been given honesty and quality work from the service department. We recently started looking for a new vehicle and Andrew Hall in the sales department has been wonderful.
