I am a member of Pathways and I love this credit union so much! They have the best service and members! One of my favorite members that I have gotten the pleasure to have assist me is Anna Hoover! She works so hard and is so nice and helpful! The company as a whole is amazing and efficient to be there for you and your needs! Will always be a member of their credit union!

Jordan Mullins was one of the best loan officers I have ever worked with. He was able to answer all my little plus big questions. He was able to get me a great rate. He guided me professionally every step of the way in the process. I would highly recommend Pathways Financial and would recommend anyone to talk with Jordan Mullins for the best service.

Dealing with the staff at Pathways Financial Credit Union is always a pleasant experience. They are always available to answer my questions and provide me with solutions to my financial concerns. They were able to provide a lower interest rate to refinance my vehicle. The interest rate dropped from 5.6 % to 1.5%. Great job and thank you 👍👍👍

I recently ran into problems paying off my mortgage (some of which was brought by me). Being unable to get through the automated calling system I decided to come to my branch for assistance. As in times past, my credit union came through with excellent customer service. In this case the Branch manager personally assisted me in resolving my issue. I love working with the loan officers at pathways aka Powerco at Gahanna office. I have financed several vehicles and toys through them, always quick, easy and best deal. I like working with them so much I continued using them for all my financial needs even after I moved to Texas in late 2017, from Columbus OH. Keep up the great work!! Worked with Jackie Appel for an Auto loan, and the whole process for great. Jackie was very responsive and we were able to get the whole process completed very quickly. This is my third auto loan with Pathways and I highly recommend them for the future.

Miriam at the Gahanna branch office was very helpful and efficient in resolving an issue with unauthorized withdrawals from my account. She was incredibly patient with the less-than-helpful representatives of other companies involved in the bogus transactions, and worked hard to help get everything put to rights.

I applied thru rate genius and was immediately approved by pathways. I don't have perfect credit either. I had the absolutely best experience with this loan I went ahead and refinanced my second vehicle as well. The rates are fantastic and it lowered both of my monthly payments significantly. My agent Carolina, needs a raise! I have dealt with many people in numerous situations on line and on the phone and this is by far the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had!!! She answered every question and concern with ease and in a timely manner. I would recommend pathways for anyone who needs any type of auto loan or refinance! EVERYONE NEEDS A CAROLINA!!!

I have always had great service through Pathways CU, but the service I received yesterday topped it all. Carolina assisted me through the automotive loan process and got the pre-approval in a matter of minutes. Not to mention the interest rate was amazingly low. So low that the finance person at the dealership didn't even bother to offer me other financing options. He said there was no way they could beat it. My sales person was amazed how we handled all of the documents through email over my phone, and told me it was the easiest and most hassle-free experience he ever had selling a car. Carolina stuck with me through the entire process and was genuinely happy for me when the paperwork was completed and I was the owner of this new car. Thank you, Carolina! It is service such as this that has made me a customer of this CU for 20+ years.

Jackie Appel is one of the most outstanding employees I have ever dealt with! She has made things very easy to handle, switch over or deal with. If you ever need a loan for just about anything, she would be the one to call! Very much enjoy this credit union as a whole.

I have been banking with Pathways for several years and I have no complaints. I have never had any problems and they have always been extra helpful with all my financial needs, from personal loans to auto loans, checking and savings and anything in between. Jordan hustled to get us from 'window shoppers' to approved auto loan status with a crazy low rate in under 24 hours so we could buy this beauty. While he was at it, he also got us a cash-back credit card with a nice rebate. Service like this is why I've been with Pathways for 20 years and will be there for many more!

Received an email saying Thanks for your payment amounting to almost $500.00. I never heard of the 'company' and did not charge this amount. Called Credit union to make sure this charge did not go through at all. Talked with Miriam, the Branch Manager at Gahanna, and she called this place in conference call with me. He wanted us to open another link and she said hang up. To make a long story shorter she opened a new account for me transferred my money, got me new cards and spent most of day taking care of me. She was the best and I appreciate her more than she will ever know. I live in AZ. Thank you again Miriam.

Molly was great to work with for my auto loan. She is very knowledgeable and processed my loan quickly. I even changed my mind on the fitst vehicle I had picked and I thank Molly so much for her patience with me.
