If you dont get rid of that CAPTCHA site popping up on my phone 24/7 Im going to get another account at a different credit union.... I want to get into my account...not sit there thru 3 types of boats, and trains.. Ill show that im human...and close my account.... Horrible...just waiting for your curtious excuses...tic tok

ATM ate a $500 deposit, said there was an error and couldn't return my deposit. I immediately went inside the branch and they told their ATMs are administrated by a third party. Now I have to deal with my own CU and dispute with a totally uninformative receipt. Thank you for grifting your customers. I know where I'm never going to open an account or inquire about loans.

I dont know why people complain so much. I went here at 2pm, plenty of parking 4 tellers working, and applied for a loan in less than 20 minutes on a friday. Karen's need to get off reviewing and realize you're in the bay, it may get crowded sometimes.

ATM wouldn't accept my cash deposit through shared branching. ATM told me to contact my credit union with code 115. Went to another shared branch and made the deposit with no problems.

My main bank but would not read my card, went to 7/11 & other bank and card worked there just fine

Extremely grateful to the staff here for helping me out through an extremely expedited process. Thank you for going out of your way, working overtime, and being kind enough to accommodate rushed circumstances. 10/10 - this is how you keep your customers happy and define great service. Both locations I have worked with have only been phenomenal, and I am glad that to be a customer here at PatelCo. Highly recommend to all.

Patelco was great 35 yrs ago when I joined. Ive seen it grow from Pacific Bell employees cu to a huge full service financial institution. Unfortunately with size comes a certain amt of indifference. Now they are simply where I go to cash checks received from other members.

Arrived right after they opened and an employee opened the door for me and gave me a nice welcome. Was able to walk directly to an associate that was eager to assist me. Very nice employees and was able to get my transaction completed quickly.

There are NO parking slots available. The suppossedly "20min" ones seem to taken by employees. Unless, you are willing to wait in your car until someone leaves, you're better off driving to another branch.
