Craig Greenberg is truly top notch loan officer and Land Home Financial should be lucky to have him in their camp. Many lenders don’t want to be bothered with doing extra paperwork for down payment assistance programs but Craig goes the extra mile and had years of experience with Land Home Financial and Wells Fargo. I had a 4 year housing journey and I am now entering my home with approximately $50k worth of equity. Land Home Financial please give Craig a raise and extra vacation time. He truly deserves it.

The worst part of my home buying experience was dealing with Land Home Financial. Almost every rate and cost guarantee was misleading if not completely false. We were expected to respond to emails within hours, if we didn't we would receive a text prompting us to hurry up and respond to the email. On the flip side, if we needed something, the response was always "we will get to it eventually." For example, they had my fiance's name spelled wrong on the paperwork they wanted us to sign. I immediately corrected them, and it was fixed 40 days later. They even had to run her credit an additional time because they did it with the wrong name the first time. Everyone loves additional credit pulls! The stress of dealing with Land Home Financial continued all the way until closing. I confirmed my cash-to-close amount 4 hours prior to our closing appointment and was surprised to find out that we actually had to pay $300 more than what they told me just hours prior. I would not recommend using this lender.

I am so pleased with the service we recieved from Land Home Financial. Craig Greenberg was awesome. We were first time home buyers and he was very patient with us. He made sure that we were kept abreast of each stage. We will definitely recommend to family and friends!
