Partners Federal Credit Union S Anaheim Blvd, Anaheim

I've been with partners for probably 25 to 30 years and I don't even want to go into the branch in Anaheim anymore I had a horrible experience today and there is already another girl in there that has constantly rude to me,. I am speaking of the branch on Anaheim boulevard! I will be calling somebody higher up in the company because I do not need to be treated poorly going into the my credit union!

Thank you Vanessa and Irving from main Anahiem branch for helping me with my problem that was made worse previously from a phone customer service rep. You both were kind , helpful and understanding. I will never use the phone customer service again but I will come into the branch if everyone is as helpful as Vanessa and Irving.

I just recently started banking with Partners because I work with Disney and I just felt a really negative vibe from entering the bank. I felt unwelcomed. The security from allied universal was kind of rude very standofish. He didn't even greet me when I entered. And I worked at a bank for a year as a security guard and I know what's expected of security's who work in a bank setting. On top of that when I was leaving my mother asked for water for my little brother who's 7 and the security and the woman working in the front both said no first the security was like no and then she jumped in and said "no water. We just ran out " honestly I really don't believe that. I worked as security at chase bank and although there was no water in the lobby upon request they would give water from the break room to the customers. I don't think it would have been difficult to get water from the break room or wherever it's supplied for my little brother. Honestly it was my first visit and I kind of regret it. I felt more welcomed at my past bank than here. How does one manage to find a way a make a new cast member feel so unwelcomed? It's customer service if it's not the job for you then don't work there. On top of that I'm coming all the way from Long Beach to Anaheim. I would really recommend you retrain the staff. Customers service is key and this bank disappointed me today.

The security grind working at 1030am Tuesday may 12 was great. Some lady was cutting the ATM line and he handled the situation.

If I could give less than 1 start I would. The staff is very young, extremely Immature, rude and unkind. I bank with a CO-OP Credit Union, and this Partner's Credit Union is not at all what Disneyland stands for. My ATM card works at my ATMS, but not at this Credit Union. If we walk in asking to cash a $20 bill, we are told they can't helps us since we bank with a different credit union. Do they understand the meaning of CO-OP?

Great great bank. Been with them for 2 years now, Probably the best I've banked with. The staff there is attentive and very hard working. Always very helpfull and kind. Wonderful that they open 9am and locations almost never crowded.

Tellers need to talk to each other less and more to your customers. Disney used to have higher standards!!!!! Don’t keep customers waiting!!!

These people said they would call me. I don't use them as my main account but I wanted to keep this money separate from my normal account. I deposited $25,000 dollars in a cashiers check and they said they would hold the funds for two weeks! They have my money nut they didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call! I guess they don't need my money! Insistently I have much more that they won't see! They said they would call but didn't! I don't need the money nut I deserve at least a phone call that they promised! I've never felt this dismissed by a bank before! I'm 62 years old and was never dismissed like this in all my years!

This is the 2nd time I've used my alma mater credit union for auto financing and I couldn't be happier. Robert Yuniskis helped me secure my financing and was terrific. There couldn't have been a faster, easier process. When the dealership approved me for financing on better terms than I had approved with Partners Federal Credit Union Robert was able to beat those terms. I couldn't be happier with Robert and his work in making this a simple process for me. Thanks Robert!
