Bad bad service!!! I sent money for remodeling my house and I provide all the necessary information. And now the bank in my country refuses to give me the money because they said (prospera Gonzalez) don't provide the information. Now I want my money back and they that I have to wait

I went there to send money but the security is to hostile giving orders to customers like if we are child. this happened 7/18/2022 around 5:30 pm security's are there for protection for store and customers not to give commands or decide for the plaza. he create a great hostility saying that i am not allow to the entire plaza. If he stay watching instead mistreating or get verbal contact with customers this specific security its a person to create a conflict with customers' very soon someone will get hurt or worse for the behavior of this person. in conclusion i didn't make my transaction at prospera.

Lousy, lousy service, third street northgate chula vista. Very bad service I suggest you find another place to send shipments because the employee treats the clientele very badly. Prospera employees need training to serve customers.

Very slow to serve when there are 2 people, one has problems with the "computer" and the other, instead of serving the customer, is going to see what happens and the long line is waiting for more than 30 minutes.
