Elsie and Juan is the reason for the 5 stars. I only wish I can give more. Every time I come in, they'll greet me by name. I hear them greeting others by their name also. It just shows that they are really passionate about their clients. Not to mention the 10 stars customer service they provide every single damn time. They are always polite and wants to truly help you. By far the best branch I've been to in over 20 years!!

Almost an hour for basic withdrawal. Average customer wait time 15 minutes each. The slowest Chase I've ever been to.

I haaaaaaate this bank. I dont have an account with them (thank God) but my landlord does so i have to come here and unfortunately it's the closest one to me. Parking is horrendous, getting in and out is horrendous. The lines...ALWAYS horrendous. They always only have 1 or 2 bank tellers working. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Every time i leave this bank im in a worse mood or angry & grumpy..and im not even an angry or impatient person!

Nothing like 3 bankers not acknowledging your existence when theyre not with clients, and there's no sign up list or anyone picking up the bank's telephone.

Drive-thru ATMs never work after hours. sometimes it’s even the ATMs inside. What’s going on here?

I made a deposit at their ATM and the machine swallow my money without making the deposit.I went to talk to a representative and she made a call to make a claim. I was told my money will be deposit to my account as soon as the claim was done. The representative got off the phone and told me I would be getting my money back in one to two business days. I was not given a receipt or a letter of what she was telling me even though i asked for one. She told me I would received one in the mail or e-mail. I keep on checking my e-mail and no letter at all.What can I do? I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!! Am I going to get it back? I have no trust in this bank anymore.

This bank is great. Customer service is great and they always greet me. I always feel welcomed! Only downside is that sometimes it gets full and there are only 2 tellers.

Have a business account and hard to get people to help they said that my card should arrive any time and is being 5 weeks. Forget about calling waiting time 15-20 minutes to get somebody on the phone

I bank here when. I'm in the area. Service is really good , its is pretty busy thou. Avoid rush hr and 10am trips.
