Rudest service I’ve had. I’ve been with this. Credit Union for over 20 years and they treat you like garbage. They are completely careless in regards to customer care, or upgrading their services. While serving in the military overseas, their manager was completely rude when inquiring about my account and with helping to gain access to it. It’s as if they’re comfortable with treating people this way because of no repercussions for their actions. Do not go to this credit union.

They only service a few groups in Metro Detroit. I am an Employee of the United States Postal Service/APWU, and was turned away when I wanted to open an account.

Bit old fashioned. Needs upgrades to their services. But the staff are polite and friendly enough.

This credit union invited me to an open interview event awhile back and I was told they were doing them from 5pm to 8pm. I walked in at 5:30 and an older gentleman who I believe was the manager told me that because I didn't get there right at 5pm that they wouldn't be interviewing me. When I explained to him that his institution had invited me and I was told 5pm to 8pm he tried to tell me that open interviews doesn't mean you can walk in whenever you want and then tried to hand me an application. I handed it back and walked out. Clearly this place has poor organization, communication, and leadership. Not an environment any sane person would want to work in.

Needs upgrades to their services very badly. Doesn’t offer any benefits worth having. Couldn’t even use my debit card to rent a vehicle. Doesn’t make any sense.

No elevator or escalator for the seniors and handicap, I had to leave because it's just to hard for me to get all the way up the stairs, other than that they're great.

FULL OF $#!% CREDIT UNION, IS WHAT THIS SHOULD BE CALL. HOW DO YOU EXPECT CLIENTS WHO ARE DISABLED,SENIORS TO GO UP SND DOWN NOT ONE BUT 2 FLIGHT OF STAIRS??? THE MANAGER WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT COMPLAINTS. I WILL BE CALLING THE ADA AND THE LOCAL NEWS TO REPORT YOU!!! WISH O COULD GIVE YOU - - -0 STARS
