I recently opened a personal account at Park Community, after having had a very positive experience there with an estate account. Jessica at the Mount Washington branch was great to work with. She explained everything in easy-to-understand terms. I opted to set up online banking on my own, which was easy and straightforward. Jessica followed-up several days later to make sure that I was able to get everything set up, and to answer any questions that I had. The staff at the Mount Washington branch are always friendly and efficient. I'm very happy with Park Community Credit Union!

Bridget in the Mount Washington branch was able to help me get an IRA Savings account setup remotely. All paperwork was done through DocuSign so I didn't even have to leave the house. Park Community Credit Union is setup to handle all your financial needs remotely even through all this covid-19 mess. I also love the mobile banking app and the ability for online deposits. Online banking and bill pay saves me time and trips around town.

I recently applied for a car loan and new account with Park Community. EVERY employee I was in contact with was extremely pleasant, helpful, and patient. The most impressive thing I found was that all employees working with me across the board were in tune with what was going on. It is clear they have a great communication system. With the help of the employees my car buying experience was painless! I definitely recommend!

Not a true service bank. They cannot count coins for their customers who's been with this bank for over 20 years. So no coin machine and the clerks I guess can't count either?? But still how is this bank customer friendly ??
