I left State Farm ages ago and had to come back. I am glad I chose Hannah Hoskins' office. Brittany got me hooked up with the coverages I needed super duper quick so I wouldn't be exposed to non-insurance. I've never seen someone work so fast! And then Valerie -- oh my gravy!! Valerie has held my hand through some of the follow up paperwork and technology processes --- and all through text messages!!! This is the agency to work with! So many exclamation points!!!!!!

My experience with Hannah Hoskins-State Farm was really great! Most of the time insurance can be frustrating, but they were very informative with many different options available to fit your needs. I worked with Megan and she was able to help my wife and I save money, and taught me more than I really ever knew about insurance. I would highly recommend them 100%.

I’d like to take a moment and share my recent experience. To give you the truth, from my perspective, about the kind of people these ladies are. A few weeks ago my home was burglarized. They struck during the day while I was at work. I had security cameras (they wore ski masks), I wrongly thought my armed ADT system would notify the police in the event of a break-in (it didn’t, like it was supposed to, screw you ADT), etc etc. They ransacked the place and stole everything they could, including most of my clothes and the spare key to my car, which they came back for later that night and stole as well. I was devastated. Then, a week later, I discovered that a water pipe somewhere under my house was leaking (when it rains it pours, am I right?) Never have I ever been so glad to have insurance through Hannah and team, let me tell you. Not only did these ladies help me every step of the way make sure that I was taken care of in whatever ways they could, they actually just called and emailed from time to time to make sure I was doing okay. They didn’t have to do that, but they did, and it helped. Every person I have interacted with from local to corporate has been so nice and compassionate in addition to prompt and thorough. I have had insurance with this office for several years, and will have my insurance through them for as long as I and they are around. Ladies, you are amazing at what you do and I cannot thank you enough for helping me turn a series of tragedies into triumphs. TL;DR: Hannah Hoskins and team are genuinely amazing human beings. You can’t go wrong with them.

I highly recommend Hannah Hoskins State Farm particularly the Office Manager, Brittany Akridge. I have talked with Brittany multiple times over the past few weeks in regard to possibly switching over to State Farm. While I have not yet made my decision Brittany has been a rock star. She is patient, listens to me and answers in a way that is understanding. That is hard to come by these days and I truly appreciate it. Dealing with insurance is not the easiest and she has made it bearable.
