I had 5 transactions that were refunded to me from the company that charged me. I asked the bank to refund a few of their overdraft charges being that those were refunded and they refuse to do so. The attitude and the way the manager looked at me today when I stated that they have made $1000 off of me the 6 months was unprofessional and rude. Pretty much telling me oh well, ur loss not ours. I understand they gotta make their money too but if they would have some compassion and understanding for their customer it would be nice. I am a single mom and doing the best I can to make ends meet. I cannot allow this bank to keep taking from me and not do something. you would think after their recent lawsuits they would be a bit more forgiving for its loyal customers. Do not bank here and especially the mount waahington branch. The workers are rude and very unfriendly."
