I become a Parda member in 2017 and would highly recommend this credit union. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and are so polite and professional. I no longer work where I become a member, however I have maintained my account and do everything remotely still receiving the same wonderful service. My husband and I needed a small loan so we could consolidate and pay off a couple of higher interest rate debts. Leigh Hope was wonderful and called me with a great PARDA loan offer with a low fix rate. She was very knowledgeable and processed all the paperwork in a very timely manner. The whole process from start to finish was complete within a week and half and the monies will be available within 3 days. Parda has a gem in Nicole Harris. I hit a deer on Monday of last week, the insurance company totaled my car on Friday. While sitting in the nail salon I called Nicole and we did the application on the phone. Before I left she had already called me back and told me I was Pre-Approved. She was so courteous, helpful and knowledgeable with the entire process. Long story short today is Thursday and I have been riding for 2 days in my new car. I sure hope all of Pardas customer service people are as friendly and knowledgeable as Nicole. I really feel that she cared about my situation and was willing to go the extra mile to get me what I needed. I will definitely send my friends and family to her.
