Paige was very professional yet very personable. She made my closing so smooth! Best experience with a title company I’ve ever had.

Paige at paramount land and title did a great job of taking care of me and getting my closing done on a timely matter. There were some hiccups out of er control that prevented me from closing on my initial date but she helped me get everything sorted out so I could close on the next business day.

Covid kept us in our car but process was organized. Tracy had everything laid out in a easy flow of paper making the experience pleasant.

Tracy Benson is very nice and professional, but especially now I recommend them even more highly because we didn't have to leave our car since we chose the lowest contact closing. He brought the documents and pens out, got our IDs to make copies, and we could call him when we were done or if we had questions. There are a lot of documents (which is standard) so just fill up on gas before you go. They also had a covered outdoor area if you wanted to walk through the docs with some outside.

Paramount was so efficient, and totally into the details. They even changed paper work at the last minute to correct a marriage name change. They were sweet to work with and extremely friendly.

Absolutely unprofessional. During my closing (I was the buyer) I sent them 9 unresponded emails and many phone calls where someone would take a message and never return the call. I have never experienced anything like this with what seems like a legitimate business operation. My closing got delayed by over a week and consequently my moving in got delayed by a month simply because of their unresponsiveness. This costed me a small fortune in relocation costs (I was moving across states). Pls don't fall for the good reviews as I have. Maybe they were decent at some point and collected the reviews then, but for your own sake, look elsewhere and save yourself a world of hassle.

Worked with Jill Smith on a refinance, had a good experience. She ran the closing, it went very quickly. Appreciated her driving out to my local bank branch to make the closing more convenient for me and my wife.

Paige was awesome. Transaction was as painless as it could get and I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for professional people that go out of their way to help.
