My husband and I just bought our first home, and we are SO happy that we chose Nicole and her team at PacRes as our lender. Nicole was so personable, kind, and knowledgeable. She was always available to us night and day (and weekends!) to answer any questions. Her team went above and beyond to help us get into our first home within this busy housing market. The closing process was smooth and all the steps were extremely well communicated to us. This is huge when you are like me and have no idea how the home buying process works. I will recommend Nicole over and over again to anyone looking to buy a home! We truly had the best experience working with her.

Buying a new home and starting over in this season of life, was something I wasn’t looking forward to in many ways. Mostly it was the homebuying experience and process itself. It was a bit overwhelming and as a recent widow, I was walking through this independently. Without the staff at the Salem office, it would have created much more anxiety than necessary. Not only were they kind and compassionate, but they were efficient and timely in all that they did on my behalf. They were patient because sometimes I need explanations or clarifications repeated. They referred me to great people at AmeriTitle who also held my hand through this process. Do they deserve five stars? Absolutely! I only wish I could give them 10.

So thankful for Team Puckett and the work they did! It was a seamless transition, great communication, and they worked around the clock to get the loan processed in a timely manner.

My experience with the McPherson's team was very pleasant. I am extremely controlling and like to know what each word means in financial terms. English is also my second language so I questioned everything until I was satisfied that I understood the process. I had a long conversation with Don about my finance and my goals. He explained what needed to be done and the timeline. His team followed up with me throughout to see how we were doing. They make the process very easy with their online application and the ability to upload your documents. This way you don't have to resubmit documents. Their website offers tips and info about how to handle your finance and how some items affect your credit. If you, like me, have student loans, go and read their blog and ask then about how to own your home. It is possible. They made it possible.

From being on the side of real estate agent and home buyer, I can say PacRes is wonderful! They keep you updated each step of the way. Communication is so important in the home buying process, and Alli, Chloe, and Buddy were all great!

Absolutely AMAZING staff. We were with another lender that seemed great, but as time went on it was obvious they did not have our best interest. Our realtor Shawn Shukle at Coho Realty (highly recommend) agreed that they did not have our best interest and contacted PRM right away. They literally worked magic into getting everything done in less than 2 days. They answered ALL my stupid/random questions and were able to get us in the right direction that would put us in the best spot financially. It was obvious the Puckett Team values their clients and they go above and beyond for you. We had found our dream house and they were able to make it happen! We have lived in our house less than a year and we are still pinching ourselves over our "to good to be true" house. Thank you so much Buddy & Melissa for ALL your hard work! It was really nice to get a weekly update from our mortgage advisor every Tuesday so we always knew what was going on. It was also very nice that our mortgage advisor was always very available for us to answer any questions we had. The process moved along quickly and in the past we weren't fully informed of all things like not needing to make a mortgage payment one month and then we did make the payment when we didn't need to. Our mortgage advisor made sure to let us know we didn't need to make two mortgage payments.

Don and his team were fantastic! They were extremely helpful - and fast! Not only were they able to get us the most money back on the re-financing of our home, they were also able to close our transaction 10 days early. Don was great when it came to explaining all of the details of our loan, and was always available to answer our questions.
