I had very bad experience working with Noah. I did mortgage with him back in 2015. Within year he reached out to me for refinance with no cost. But his lander did appraisal of house it gave very low price which is far from Zillow and Redfin estimate. So I can’t refinance and he charged me appraisal fee and credit run. It’s was around $550. When I asked for money back as per agreement with no fee he supposed to return me money back but he just laugh and hang the phone. Fast forward he reached out to me again while rate went low this year . He agree with no fee. So I sent document and filled up application. After all this he asked me again my credit card #. Why he need that if it’s no fee transaction. Also he was giving me rate 3.25% while with other broker I was getting 3.15%. I will never recommending him.
