Love this company. I have been dealing with them for years. Not all lenders have great financing options like Woodside,. Almost every high end car dealer in the US deals with them. Their reputation precedes them. Friendly staff and, quick service to get you on the road asap.

I've never worked with a credit agency, bank or otherwise that was so efficient and responsive. 2 days for an auto loan, including wiring money to seller, partnering with me on insurance, it was incredible. Relative to other recommended banks who asked for notary work, tons of paperwork, etc. it was amazingly different in a very positive way. Amir, the consultant I worked with was simply the best financial consultant I've ever worked with, period!!

Woodside told me to get registration myself and sent me a check to pay for the fee at DMV. However Woodside informed me after I tore down the car for fixing gear and oil leak issues. So I couldn’t be able to get the registration because the car was not drivable. It’s been almost 5 months my 1970 Morris Mini Cooper had been on (jack)stands in my garage waiting for parts. Alexander Ramos(from risk and title management department) was not really friendly to work with, giving me short notice only 4 days while I was on a vacation to get the registration otherwise threatening me DEFAUT proceeding and compounding. Quote on 05/11 from Alexander “You have until May15th, or we will initiate DEFAULT proceedings which will include Impounding the car until it is completed. In the meantime, we will provide you a payoff quote to pay the loan off by the 15th if the registration is not completed.” I felt like Alexander thought I’d tried to cheat, take advantage or run away and left behind my debt. I’m not gonna sacrifice my decades long 800+ credit scores for this $16000 loan. I chose to pay off. Others(Lewis and Erin)were nice and friendly enough.

Woodside and their team made the process of buying a collector car easy. Chase was very easy to talk too, and he was able to answer all of my questions with ease. The car I purchased was coming from out of my state and Woodside has a Title department that deals with all that DMV mess. Just another reason to work with Woodside. I hate the DMV, so passing along the work to Woodside was a major bonus. There credit terms are the longest I've found out there, making a large purchase more obtainable... Im a business owner and like long loans that I can always pay more toward but also able to make a low minimum if the need arises. I look froward to my next collector car purchase, and I will only be using Woodside to be my lender. There just is not an equal to consider doing business with; they set the bar damn high!

I had a phenomenal experience working with Debbie at Woodside credit. I would have lost the 68 firebird I purchased to another buyer if it weren't for Debbie. She was so much fun to work with and made the process extremely smooth. David Cashion at Woodside was amazing through the purchase process. My wife and I looked at a couple different types of cars before deciding on one. We initially contacted him 4-5 months before we started looking just to ask a few questions. We told him we would get back with him as soon as we were ready and what the time frame was. He called 1 time after answering all our questions and that was right before we said we would be ready. We appreciated that. The application process was really simple. It took about 10 minutes on the phone. They called back about an hour or two later saying approved and with the terms, what we could spend based on our budget, etc. once we found the car that we were going to buy, the rest of the process was almost nothing we had to do other than a few e-signatures. I have contacted these guys twice and have never been approved. I own 6 exotics, have a a serious executive job, a 720 credit score, and they make new excuses not to work with me. Hell, I’ve even offered 75% down just to work with them and build a relationship for future purchase. Nothing. My recommendation, by cash or find one of the many other financing companies to work with. These guys are a waste of time. They won’t lend.

Had I not kept calling my transaction might still be going on. After needing a 3rd part appraisal I've come to find out my loan sat on a persons desk at Woodside and not until constant calling did it get sent to the appraiser and by this time my carrier for delivering my new hot rod had to be put on hold, Now it's Thanksgiving week and there are NO carriers available. Maybe I'll see my car next week! I'm very glad this transaction is finished!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Complete run around and horrible rates for people with excellent credit. To get 6.5% with an 850 credit score is horrible. I was forced into getting this loan by DCH Montclair Acura so they can make a bigger profit on my loan.

I read some of the reviews, these are not new cars they are financing. So I understand problems will come up with titles and documents. My 51 Merc also had delays in getting the title. Due to the previous owner passing away, and procedures that need to be followed in two different states. Not to mention CA DMV, in my home state, just plans sucks. I was not worried as I had good communication with Woodside Credit.
