Chase was a fantastic loan officer throughout the process that assisted us with our VA Home Loan. He gave us the amount we needed with the best rate we could imagine. During the pandemic, it was really hard to find a house we could buy. When we finally received the phone call from the home builder saying that we are the next on the list, the price had gone up so much. We had to ask for more than we were expecting, but chase made it happen. (We asked 2 other companies, but chase gave us the highest amount and the quickest response) Also later, we wanted to increase the loan amount when we realized that we want to upgrade the home, he also did it for us. When we were worried about our complicated income, he explained well to make sure we could qualify. We signed the contract with the builder in October 2021 for new construction, but because it was still building, escrow was supposed to close in April 2022. That was the timing that interest started to go up. He also managed to get us the best rate. He was confident, clear, and easy to reach. I would definitely ask him to help us get a loan if we are buying a house again and introduce him to my friends and family. Thank you so much chase for helping us buy the house!

I've used Chase in the past on a refinance, I've just went through Chase again for a new home purchase, and I'll most certainly be using Chase again in the future on my next home purchase. It's hard to come across true professionals that are diligent and dependable to which Chase Zinkil truly is.

This was our first time refinancing our home, and I’m so glad it was with Chase. My family and I were originally going to go with our original lender, but after a friend referred us to Chase (and told us that he had awesome rates) we didn’t look back. Our original lending company was a Big box type organization— long hold times to get to an agent, and having to play phone tag to get on their business hours. Working with Chase was a totally different experience. He was responsive via email and phone calls, and attentive with every single question and concern that we had. It was an obvious choice to go with Chase— especially because his rates were better than our original lender. Moreover, Chase’s communication throughout the process was professional and exactly what we were looking for. We’d avoided refinancing even though it made financial sense because I didn’t want the hassle, until a friend raved about Chase. Now I have to rave about him! It was seriously the easiest experience ever. I’m sure he was busting tail behind the scenes to get things done but very little was required of us, and he was always incredibly responsive to any questions- which is even more impressive given that we live 2 time zones away. Him and his brother Hunter locked us in a historically low rate at the last minute (because I’d procrastinated the refinancing). My husband is a veteran and Chase/Hunter were very knowledgeable about VA loans, giving us great advice on how to use ours now and in the future. Chase is a great communicator, very personable and even more importantly he delivers. If I’d know the process was going to be this easy I wouldn’t have procrastinated. In the future I will use him when we decide to purchase another home. It doesn’t matter what state you’re purchasing/refinancing in- Chase and Hunter got you!
