Well I guess this dealership is not for everyone. I arrived just a little after 11am today. After walking around the lot I decided to go near the front of the building to see if I could get some assistance. There were three cars that I was interested in. I only shop for cars when I am ready to buy$$ I watched Wave 3 News do a commercial and drive away. I sat in front of the building. There was one Salesperson outside but he was not interested in helping me because we crossed paths several times. So I went inside thinking maybe they were short staffed. After almost getting knocked over by another Salesperson running behind a customer I decided that this was not the place I would be spending my money. Needless to say I didn't get to test drive any vehicles. Moving onto the next Dealership. I left about 12:30pm for another appointment. Over an hour of my time wasted today.

I had the amazing experience of dealing with Corey. I knew exactly what car I wanted, made arrangements to have the keys available. And he met me at the door, with a firm handshake and a smile. I drove the car, loved it. He made me an offer that was so fair I excepted it immediately. In and out of this dealership in two hours and 30 minutes, what an amazing experience. Oxmoor Toyota is Wow! Buying a vehicle could not have been easier. They made the car buying process quick and simple. I shopped around, and they had the best price for the vehicle I wanted. I scheduled an appointment at 1:45 for an oil change and arrived at 1:30 and asked if they could check my tires for a nail. I have a 2018 highlander and unfortunately the dash does not display which tire has low air pressure. I also had a coupon for a free car wash. I waited for 2 hours then decided to go to the checkout desk after the other customers got their cars and left. I got to the desk they had to call and check on my car and an oil change doesn’t take 2 hours. Finally they handed me the keys and I walked to get my car which never arrived back through the bay which means it was never washed and I asked about the low tire they said they added air but I requested they check for a leak. I could’ve added air myself at Thorntons if that’s what I wanted. Now I’m at Walmart a few days later getting my tire plugged. Lazy

My wife has been searching for a mid-sized SUV for quite some time. She has been working with Ed (her salesman) for a while. He has never been pushy or tried to get her to buy a car that did not meet all of her criteria. She had an appointment with Ed for mid-afternoon on Saturday. Unfortunately, we had to be in that area earlier in the morning (we live almost an hour away). So, Ed said no problem we could work with one of his co workers. When we got out of the truck Joe approached us. He too did not push or try to manipulate us. He found the perfect car for my wife and helped us with the purchase. Not long after we settled on the car Ed came in and together they made the buying process easy, pleasant, and enjoyable. Then we went in to see Dennis (finance). Not only did he get us a lower payment than we agreed on, but the payment also included GAP insurance (We weren't expecting that!) I cannot recommend Ed, Joe, and Dennis highly enough. Oxmoor Toyota is by far the best car purchasing experience we’ve ever had. Patrick O’Donnell helped me order the exact vehicle I wanted, let me know when it arrived at the dealership and eased us through the purchase very quickly and expertly. When we arrived at the dealership Patrick introduced us to Labed Alsaadi who fully explained every feature of the car and patiently answered every question we asked. This is our second purchase from Oxmoor Toyota. Our first purchase was a great experience and our salesman was super helpful. But this purchase, wow! Ashley Kellar is amazing. She has the sweetest personality and goes out of her way to help you. I waited for my vehicle for a few weeks and she kept in constant contact with me giving me updates along the way. She was out of town when my vehicle arrived and checked in with me that evening (while she was on vacation!) to make sure everything went smoothly. The world needs more Ashley’s.

Avoid dealer mark ups by taking your business to Swope Toyota in Elizabethtown, KY. Oxmoor is short sighted and focused on maximizing profits, Swope Toyota is focused on earning your long term business. I had a terrible experience with Oxmoor Toyota. Oxmoor added a $2500 mark up after our original conversation. Fortunately, I was able to leverage pricing from another dealership to get Oxmoor to remove their mark up. Then Oxmoor decided they would get their $2500 by requiring me to finance through them and by giving me a 4.9% rate. I have a 780 credit score went back and forth with financing and got it decreased to 1.75%. This was just Oxmoor playing games. When the car arrived, it was is missing a feature that was on the original specification sheet. Obviously, this is no fault to the dealer, but dealer refused to adjust the sale price even though Toyota adjusted the MSRP accordingly. I was also pressured to sign the papers electronically without seeing the vehicle. Glad I refused, because I would have been stuck paying for features that I did not receive. This was the last straw and I ended up walking. Took my business to Swope Toyota in Elizabethtown and had a wonderful experience. No dealer mark ups, no games on financing, and no surprise dealer fees. Agreed upon price stayed the same the whole two months that we waited for the car to come in.

I called to inquire about a vehicle I saw on Autotrader. They offered to have the vehicle ready when I arrived. Once I decided I wanted the vehicle, Corry Morris was on top of everything. I am disappointed to find the "open price gouging" that Oxmoor Toyota is placing on vehicles. They are adding a $2500 premium over MSRP claiming it is due to the demand for vehicles created by supply shortage. The shortage will not last forever, but the reputation of DEALERSHIP PRICE GOUGING will follow OXMOOR TOYOTA for years to come. They are obviously not your friendly neighborhood dealership interested in fairly servicing the Louisville area. Noting such shyster practices, I would urge anyone needing their car serviced to find a dealership that cares about their clients. If OXMOOR takes advantage of you before the sale, just imagine how their service department would take advantage of you for service not needed or perhaps not even performed. By the way, according to the National Automobile Dealers Assn., the AVERAGE U.S. dealership recorded a NET PROFIT about $3.4 million through October 2021, and 2022 is forecast to be even higher, yet OXMOOR TOYOTA wants to squeeze Louisville Clients (or potential clients) to the max for their own profit. Note that not all dealerships are taking the "shyster path" in this car shortage. Other dealers will add your name to a list of desired cars and when they have a vehicle matching your wishes, will simply contact you and sell it to you at the MSRP. Remember what OXMOOR is doing NOW in the times that sales are normal. Find a good dealership. I expect an Oxmoor Rep to comeback with some excuse or even denial that such is happening so look for it , but Buyer and Beware of Oxmoor on on the showroom floor and in the service department. Do your research and you will find decent reputable dealerships to work with.

Service was usually decent. But your broken appointment system won’t let me reset my password and requires a VIN to set up an appointment a a a guest. Entirely unnecessary. I will go elsewhere to get my vehicle serviced if you’re going to make it needlessly difficult for me.

This place is a pretty big rip off for repairs, maintenance. Try to avoid, if you can. But you may still need to visit if you are a Toyota owner. After getting ripped off, I asked some others, who shared the same opinion.

I arrived to Oxmoor Toyota today for the 4Runner I have been waiting three months for. It was the wrong year, color, and features. I am a relatively smart person and I know what I purchased. There were several to choose from but all on paper. I worked with the salesperson to pick the right model, put a payment down and waited patiently for three months. He obviously set the wrong one aside for me or it was sold. The staff stated I could get on the next list but would have to wait until January! No one even tried to find me what I had ordered or find something comparable but instead just kept telling me I was incorrect. Even though prior to that I was told they might have read the information incorrectly because it wasn’t in their inventory and they look at codes rather than seeing everything in plain English. I then found out the salesperson who sold me the car was no longer in sales. I don’t make a big purchase and not know what I ordered. At least give me the credit of knowing what color I ordered. Let alone the fact that we NEED a third row and this model didn’t have it. I would have definitely made sure the vehicle I purchased for my family accommodated seats for everyone. I didn’t have any recourse but to ask for my money back. To wait for 3 months for a car and not get it is every disappointing. This is our fifth car purchase from Oxmoor and this experience was very different than the experiences we have had in the last. Insulted and embarrassed to tell my family I was off to pickup our new car and come home empty handed without the car we were planning on taking a big family trip in next month. Buyer Beware. It is also worth noting Oxmoor called me and sent me a letter to buy back my current 4Runner which initiated this sale. Upon arriving the buyback was much lower than what was communicated. My salesperson told me he didn’t agree with their quote process as the offer given was for an excellent condition car. My car has no damage, wrecks, full service history, etc. PS. I got on their website after leaving and saw two cars I would have entertained looking at. I even called back and the manager I spoke to was so unapologetic I just got my down payment back.

Yesterday, I went to Oxmoor Toyota to purchase a vehicle for my mother, who requires specific things in a vehicle. Cory M. had a Toyota Camry ready to test drive from our reservation the night before. He helped us work through the paperwork, was extremely kind and engaging, and once informed that my mother needed things explained and at a slower pace, was able to accommodate. While conversing, Cory was capable of filling out the required paperwork so we were not there for an extended period of time. He illustrated genuine interest in our lives beyond the car lot and gave me his word that, even if I am moving to IL, he would be there for my mother and the Camry if she has issues with it or needs help. I am much more comfortable now that she has a reliable car and a dealership with a service center who can address her needs in a timely fashion while also considering the person's income/ability to pay for specific services. What helped the most was his genuine interest in my mother's interests--writing and whatnot. He commented on her email, engaged in conversation with her while ensuring she understood what he was saying, and overall, gave off a trusting vibe. During the time, I was not feeling well because of food poisoning and symptoms from cancer, but because he was so attentive to our needs and time, I was able to push through the purchase of the vehicle. The vehicle itself is in excellent condition - a 2011 Toyota Camry - with 128,000 miles. Again, I cannot recommend this dealership enough, along with Cory M, for your future needs with vehicles/service. :) Thank you, Cory!

I could never say enough wonderful things about Oxmoor Toyota and namely Jason Duff, our finance guy! My husband and I struggled over several years due to identity theft. It was one bad circumstance after another! It was a true struggle. We had other finance people look at us like we were crazy! But from Day 1 Jason set and listened and never judged us. If I could give no stars I would. I called to inquire about leasing options, opposed to finance. They called me to come into the dealership after saying I would qualify. I meet Terrell Blount, a sales consultant who just so happen to walk up and had questions about what I was looking for. I told him I was interested in Leasing and not financing a vehicle. I was not interested in getting a loan, so leasing would be the best option for me. He ran my credit for financing options anyway, AFTER I told him not to, which lowered my credit score. When I called to ask about why that was done, he was completely RUDE & UNCIVIL. He would talk over me and gaslight me about my options. He Very manipulative, and I don’t trust dealerships with workers like him. Additionally, he down talked my credit to me after running it down by credit checking it. My credit dropped drastically afterwards. So not professional & So disappointed and Not interested in working with them ever again. Even if you have to do certain things explain it instead of lying so that you can make sales.

I was really upset at the service I received. I was looking forward to purchasing a 2022 Tundra but Ashley K. ruined the experience and turned me off of it. When we arrived at the lot she greeted us and told us to come to her if we need anything, we wanted to test drive the new tundra so we went to find her. She was chatting it up on her phone and we were left standing up front for 10 minutes while she was on her phone. When she went to pull the truck around it took her a while and when she got out she had her cell phone in her hand texting and had her vape out. When we got in the truck it was clear that she was vaping in it. Before we got to test drive we had to sign a form, it took her 15 minutes to get that form. Here we are about 35 minutes into it and haven't gotten to test drive it yet. Finally we get to take the truck out and it was great, we wanted to secure a 4x4 though so we had Ashley look up when one would be available. Once again this took longer than it should, and she was on her phone. When we were sitting and discussing ordering a truck she was texting. I asked to get my vehicle appraised for a trade-in as we would be back tomorrow (today) to trade it in and she said no. She said just do it tomorrow when we buy. She was too busy on her cell phone to do her job and completely ruined the experience. I wish we would have dealt with Corey, as he helped us with our last vehicle and was nothing but excellent. It amazes me that Ashley would rather spend her time texting than making commission.

Bought a used car today from Oxmoor Toyota. Everything from getting my current vehicle appraised, to test driving the vehicle I was interested in, to signing the documents and handing them my check went smoothly. I was there about 2.5 hours which I didn't think was too bad. Kudos to my salesman, Corey Morris. He was thorough, knowledgeable and I felt he honestly was trying to make the deal work for me. I recommend him highly. This was my second vehicle I've bought from Oxmoor and would have no qualms about using them again.

Great selection of used cars. I didn't feel pressured like at many other dealerships. So the sales staff is terrific. However they didn't do a terrific job getting the car ready to go. The car was dirty when we test drove it and they said they would clean it they did clean it mostly but they left a few things unclean and they also did not feel the windshield wiper fluid even though we asked. That's what keeps us from being five stars.

I don’t have enough good things to say about my experience. Due to the car shortage I was dealing with multiple dealerships and Oxmoor Toyota was hands down the easiest and cooperative. I worked directly with Barrett who went out of his way to show me what they had available, as well as call me as soon as the car I wanted rolled on the lot. I got great trade in value and purchasing was brief without any misleading or hidden costs.

My experience at Oxmoor Toyota was extremely unprofessional. Corey was rude on many different levels. As a young female purchasing my first car, I brought my father along and even though he knew I was the one purchasing the vehicle- Corey would not speak directly to me. I would be right next to Corey and he would look past me and refer to me as "She or her" when I was the customer he should have been speaking with. He even went so far as to insult me by saying I could maybe get a Hyundai for the monthly payment I wanted. I took my business elsewhere and now have a much nicer car than what Corey was even offering for the price I wanted.

Went in with no intention of buying. William took over and found me what I wanted. Price was an issue and I was firm on what I was willing to spend. Got it all worked out and drove home with a great used Toyota! William asked that I give him a 5 star review and while I think that is up to my discretion, he does deserve the 5 stars! Honestly, if you want a Toyota, drive the extra distance to Frankfort Toyota. To save time and gas I decided to go to Oxmoor, but it was not worth it. I spent over 5hrs on a Saturday at the dealership (3 of which were waiting to sign papers after we found the car we wanted), and we didn't end up even signing Saturday. Then I came back four days later to finish signing and pick up the car when they told me my Toyota loyalty credit wasn't valid and my student rebate wasn't going to be applied. When I asked for documentation, no one has been able to show me anything as to why I didn't get them when I believe I qualified. They scammed me out of $1000 worth of credits I should have gotten. Terrell was our sales guy, and he's the only reason I gave this more than a 1 star review. The rest of the staff I feel like tried to take advantage of me. Edit: I just want to edit that I reached out to the company immediately after they replied, and it’s been a week and they haven’t actually followed up. I’ve dropped my review to 1 star.

Purchased a car last Monday. We were paying cash with no financing and they wouldn’t work with us at all on price. Almost lost this sale over $1,400. Had to wait forever for sale to go through. Why? Who knows. Like I said- we paid cash. When finally allowed to leave with car, sales fella didn’t even walk us to the car. Simply gave us the key and pointed us in the direction of the car. Also gave us wrong extra key. Had to make 2 trips out there to get another key made and the replacement key works but is hard to turn in the ignition. First experience with Oxmoor Toyota and not impressed.

I own 2 Toyotas and have been using this dealer for purchase and service for 8 years. They get the job done, are polite, and waiting area is nice. My only complaint would be that sometimes repairs seem rather pricey.

First off just wow! I was working with another lot and there prices were outrageous so I decided to look at Oxmoor and literally almost half the price for a better nicer vehicle of the same make and model. We bought a 2021 rav4 yesterday. William Adrio was our salesman. I’d recommend asking for him when u go there. He was pretty up front and honest with us. Very nice, down to earth, talked to us like normal, everyday, working class people. He treated us well. (The only negative thing I can say about him is he’s a Cowboys fan). Other than that, he was great. He made it easy for us, wasn’t pushy or shady like a stereotypical car salesman. We had a great experience with him. Thanks!

I was very pleased with the service received upon purchasing a 2021 Toyota Tundra however Bubba told me he could not give me more for my trade and that "it was going to auction". Low and behold, my trade in (which I also got from Oxmoor) is posted on their website for $5,000 more than they gave me for my trade. Not only did I buy a new truck, they are now profiting in my trade. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO!!

Salesperson was ok.. finance was ok.. but was told I would receive something next day and it’s on the we owe statement.. went in next day and they said wait 15-30 days.. I feel like they did whatever possible to get me to sign and buy but when it comes to deliver on the promises they didn’t come through. I thought having it on paper would assure me they would follow through. Boy was I wrong. I hate being lied to and that’s exactly what happened.

My wife and I were in the market for a larger family vehicle. We wanted an SUV with third row seats for family trips and decided to trade hers car in. She wanted to get a GMC Acadia. I looked around and couldn’t find one that matched her criteria so I expanded the search to other brands. I found a 2019 Toyota Highlander at Oxmoor online and we decided to go look at it. The sales staff was excellent and after taking it for a test drive, my wife fell in love. Toyota has a reputation for quality and if we were going to spend that much money I wanted to make sure the car we bought was worth that much money. There was a wait involved with the financing but that is to be expected. The finance dept worked hard to nail down the best deal. I plan on getting a truck next year and I’ll definitely stop at Oxmoor first.

I visited the Oxmoor Toyota dealership in December 2020 with a vague idea of what type of car I wanted and only ~4 days to make a decision. I worked with Patrick O'Donnell, and he was an excellent guide through my first car purchase. He expedited the administrative processes and provided multiple resources from the dealership to answer all of my questions. By the end of the 4 days I was driving out of the lot in my new Toyota RAV4. Would highly recommend!

Best prices by far, the salesman were pretty rude, pushy, and extremely fast paced. Tried to get me to lease a vehicle instead of financing and when I disagreed they seemed fed up like I was a complete nuisance to their existence. Then when I finally got my car, the salesman smacked my new car mirror with my trade-in cars door because they were in such a hurry. They also stripped my license plate screws both with my old plate and the new screws for my temp tags. On top of it all, my mother had an awful experience with them last year, very similar to mine, very pushy and wouldn’t take “no” for an answer.

I was planning for a long drive and knew the brakes needed servicing (the car has 67,000 miles on it). I debated about having Oxmoor Toyota Service or another brake company do the service. I decided to have Oxmoor Toyota (even thought they were twice the price) since they are the Toyota dealer and could assure me the work would be done by professionals familiar with my car. A day after getting the service done my car came to a grinding screeching halt at a stoplight at a busy intersection, I was fortunate to have a policeman arrive shortly after my car was disabled at the intersection. It turned out the brakes were not properly installed! I have lost all confidence in this Toyota dealership for repair work. trusting something as important as brake work to them was a mistake! I was lucky that I was not traveling on the expressway, at night or while out of town. This was very much of an unexpected crisis and I do not recommend their service.

My husband and I went to this dealership to purchase a used car for our son. We were interested in a nice Honda, and wanted to pay cash, but our mechanic found a couple of issues that required about $1300 in repairs. We were still willing to purchase the car, if the salesman, Joe Deitz, would have been willing to negotiate. However, not only was he unwilling to see to the repairs, he was also unwilling to negotiate a reduction in price. Not only that, He then went and summoned his henchman at our request, and then proceeded to treat us with disrespect and very rude, and acted as though we , and our business, were insignificant. They didn't even disclose the mechanical issues. We would have gladly paid for the car, minus the cost of repairs, which we would have had to pay for ourselves. I could not believe that a dealership, who has had our business in the past, was so inflexible in this negotiation. Oxmoor Toyota, you should know that he knocked you out of a very lucrative deal. He should be retrained or fired. You need the business of the people, but the people don't need you. You are not the only one, there is an abundance of them, and people have lots of choices of where to spend their money.

What was supposed to be a normal Sunday for my family and I turned into a trip to Toyota Oxmoor. We knew we wanted to grow our family and that buying a bigger vehicle was certain for our future; after finding out we were having another baby we knew it was finally time. While we weren’t planning to go car shopping the day we did, we’re incredibly thankful that we did, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have worked with Cory! The moment we pulled in to the lot, Cory was there waiting with a friendly smile and was super welcoming of my family and I. Cory made the entire visit smooth and painless. He entertained our two crazy kids and made sure we knew that he was there to serve us and make us feel comfortable in our car buying process. After Cory took the time to learn about us and our situation, he remained optimistic and positive about getting us into the perfect vehicle. We ended up buying a used 2012 Sienna, which is perfect for our family right now. We can’t thank Toyota Oxmoor enough for their hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent service. Arrived for a test drive late on a Saturday. Samantha and Carlos in sales were very helpful without being pushy - perfect in my opinion. Taylor in Finance helped complete the deal - took longer than I’d hoped to get it done but first car purchase since COVID hit and it was very busy to boot. After finishing the transaction I found my other car wouldn’t start. Tried a jump starter provided by the team with no success. When I came back next morning to try and get it going, both Carlos and Taylor stopped to see if there was anything they could do. I went in here not too long ago to test drive some cars since I’ve been shopping around. The salesman I worked with was pretty nice, but they seemed to try to push me in a direction that I said I didn’t wanna go in. Their used cars seem to be really expensive compared to what I’ve seen other places, but they claimed to have competitive pricing for their used cars. That seem to really stick with me so I went on their website and I looked at the prices of their used cars and I noticed that they have the Kelly blue book price next to each car and then the price they’re selling it for. Every price they have listed seems to be lower than the bluebook price, but when I looked it up the actual bluebook prices were not even close to the ones posted (being much lower than their posting). I chose to write a review because this is purely dishonest as if we can’t look it up for ourselves. I knew this would be the case based off of how they were telling me I couldn’t find a car for what I want in my price range which I did that same week. I would say for buyers worried about buying a car, especially for the first time, don’t go here because it seems like I wasn’t as naïve as they wished I were for buying my first car and being the age I am. People generally don’t want to deal with sales people like that so I guess that goes for anyone else that wants to avoid this situation. The sales people seemed nice, but I don’t know how much of a front that is to get a sale out of people.

Oxmoor is scalping nearly 10% above MSRP. They call it addendum from Toyota , but plain and simple it is scalping. Called Toyota and they said they are not asking above MSRP it is dealers. $5000 for hybrids and $2500 for Gas models. You see a price on their site, add these amounts. False advertising and slimy practice. Don’t fall for the craziness, buy somewhere else.

This is the worst experience i have with Toyota, im never have so many troubles to fix my NEW CAR, I don't have more the 2 month 1/2, and i have still jumped over 8 time in 4 weeks.. this is 3th time I have to make appointments to check my car, with no solutions. Is so frustrating, like u can see the 3 different photo i add, all check lights on, and say NOT READY TO DRIVE. I have to keep paying for Uber when i drop my car there, because they don't have temp car until they fix my, now with COVID, they are not allow to give temp car. Who going to pay me, the money I spent in Uber??? When I call Toyota Central, they just say, you have to make appointments and they have to check what going on, and use the warranty if is necessary to fix my car. I bring my nephew to buy a car, they told me, we going to give you a $100 credit, for each referral, ($100 wowwww just $100, when I give my employees $250 for referrals, but anyway) im still waiting for my credit too. About the Tag, i got temp tag, and was already expired, i keep calling for more 3 weeks, and nothing been done, they told me, i have to go to County Clerk to get my Tag, when is not my responsibility, and County Clerk office told me, they can't help me, because this is totally dealership responsibility, to make the process to get my tag, until i call to the dealership, again!!, they email another person, for help me to get my new tag. And then, i get my tag after 1 month. I hope someone read my review, can help me to get out this lease, and get my money back.

On 12-16-20 I test drove a Toyota Sienna, Stock #T50959, at Oxmoor Toyota after checking price ranges on the Toyota.com website. The price on the lot for this specific vehicle was $43750, which is considerably more than the range for this kind of vehicle advertised on Toyota.com. Two days later on 12-18-20 I saw the same vehicle advertised on Oxmoor Toyota's site for $35153. I texted and asked why the price difference. The sales manager Craig (Gray?) called me back and said that now all of a sudden there wasn't a shortage of these vehicles and they had lowered the price. I have photos I took at the lot and of the web site, showing the Stock #. Google is not allowing uploads. The general manager, Patrick O'Donnell called me on 12-18-20, apologized and said that this was because of the young, inexperienced man who facilitated the test drive. I am sure that that young man was not responsible for placing the ad and printing out the stickers on the car! This is a clear bait and switch and is a deceptive practice, and could be a case of pandemic gouging. As of 12-20-20 the ad is still up.

This location is a bust. I imagine there isn't as many issues with the brand new cars, but with the used cars I have had a bad experience anytime I try this place. Went to go look at a car that I spoke to 'Victoria' about. She told me everything was up to date with no issues, called to get more mechanical info on the car and why it was priced 3,000 more than KBB. She couldn't answer about the price, said fluids had been changed and wouldn't transfer us to someone who knew more info about the car. Once we went to check the car out, it had a massive oil leak, collected on the underneath of the car and a puddle where it was sitting. There were shards in the antifreeze and transmission fluid was almost black. The engine bay looked like it had been wiped off but was still corroded from previous leaks. This car will sell but for someone who doesn't know what to look for is going to be in for a big and expensive shock.

The buying experience for us was good and there was never any pressure to hurry and buy. We visited 3 or 4 times to test drive different trims and when we made a decision to purchase, we were able to make a deal with the price of the new car and our trade in relatively quickly. The only reason this is not a 5 star review was due to a mix up with an addition we negotiated for, but ultimately could not get with the vehicle we got without paying a little more ourselves to make it compatible. They did give us a check to make up for part of the addition we could not get, but we would have preferred to get the add on as that was what closed the deal for us. That being said, we feel it was just a mix up and lack of knowledge of new body style as opposed to being deceptive, and the overall experience was a good one.

UPDATE: I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Oxmoor Toyota this week. It's a great place to work with. They are up front with everything, so you never feel like someone is trying to take advantage of you. I worked with Joe Deitz and he was awesome. Actually, I have gotten to know lots of people there over the years from the GM down and they're all great. You'll have the car deal laid out in front of you with all the details before you sign. Even in the finance department, they will lay out your options if you want to add things like extended warranties, etc. But you are never hoodwinked into anything. Can't recommend Oxmoor Toyota enough!

We had the best car buying experience we have ever had which is surprising to say since this time we had a 6 month old and a 2 year old in tow. The process was seamless without any pressure. The reason behind my review is rude and egoistic salesman they have out there. Based on the google reviews and feedback, we decided to explore our car option here. But right from the start of our entry, we were pushed about whether we are serious buyers or not. If not then we don’t need you here. Despite providing justification as a serious buyer, we were able to look at the car of our choice. Now, as a customer I believe that you have right to decide if you change your mind if things on internet looks different than real physical car. It turns out when I shared about our decision with sales man, his behavior became more rude and arrogant with us. Though I don’t believe in commenting on experiences, but I am very disappointed with service provided by your sales team. Also, please keep in mind that customer first should be your goal for the sales team. Sorry for this big note but I hope the management takes steps to provide training on how to become polite and provide good customer service.

Do not purchase from this dealer! They try to sell cars that are not on the lot! They also over charge hundreds of dollars and are not friendly and their customer service is horrible! Will Mobarly (short chubby salesman) is a fast talking liar! Do not purchase cars from him! I’ve been waiting a month for my car that never came! The manager Craig Gray is the most horrific manager! If only I could give 0 stars I would!

Worked with Logan and Torie to purchase a new Highlander Hybrid. Told them what I wanted over the phone and they had it ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. Logan did a great job going over the car and answering any questions I had. He provided us with all rebates and offers and worked with us to get the car to the price we wanted. This was the best experience I’ve had when buying a new car.

I hate the process of buying a car but this was a painless experience! I had done my research first and contacted online before going in which made things easier. ( highly recommend doing this) Finance department was great and not pushy! Also loved that they had someone to meet with me to get my phone set up and show me all the features. This was something not done when my husband purchased a Toyota at a different dealership. I love my new Highlander and would recommend to buy your next Toyota here.

I just had my first experience dealing with Oxmoor Toyota. This dealership is by far the best! I've never seen a place more organized and ran so smooth. I dealt with David (Bubba) Raymond and William Drio in sales and they are awesome! They are extremely knowledgeable and made my decision of buying my 2021 Camry SE very easy. Jason Diff in finance made signing the paperwork and selecting the extra coverages easy. This is what I'm normally very hesitant on. Jason helped explain exact coverages and how they work. Oxmoor Toyota will be the only place I consider going forward. I've never been to a better dealership that ran so smooth. This is a first class establishment!

This was our first time buying a Toyota from Oxmoor, our family has purchased 4 other toyota vehicles from 2 other dealerships in Lexington. The customer service and cleanliness of this dealership was worth the drive. Went to look for a bigger family vehicle and met with Barry. He pulled up the exact type of SUV by family and I were looking for in the first try. I'd been in the market for a more reliable vehicle for my family, and had gone to 3 separate dealerships in the area to do so. Two of them were awful, either dirty cars or sharky salesmen. I was incredibly relieved to find a car that I loved within my budget at Oxmoor Toyota. My experience with Barry and the entire team was very relaxed and pleasant the whole time. I felt comfortable, not rushed, and all of my questions were answered in my first visit. The car I chose to test drive was very clean and in great condition, fantastic deal for the price. I so want to give a good review....However, my experience with Oxmoor Toyota was quite the disappointment, and that is putting it graciously. We took our 2014 Sienna to have recalls repaired. When we dropped it off, we asked if they could check the rear door/hatch as it was not staying open. I had already researched this, and it was more than likely the rear hatch supports needed to be replaced. A simple job that I could have done, but while it was there was willing to pay to have it done. The service guy said he would have the problem checked and let us know the cost to repair it. He did text with a price of $1500.00. I texted back and verified that this was to replace the hatch supports. These parts cost $80 for 2 supports. He responded that the issue was the object sensor. I knew that this was a farce, so I told them not to fix it. The following day I purchased the hatch supports myself from a local auto parts store. In less than 10 minutes I had removed the old ones and installed the new ones. Can you guess what happened next????? The problem was solved. The door is now functioning normally. It really disgusts me that it is still common practice for places like this to take advantage of customers. One of two things is possible. They have an incompetent service department, or they flat out lied... or maybe it is both!!! It happened to be my wife who dropped the van off and with whom the service department thought they were texting. Maybe they thought they could take advantage of a female customer.

Spent a lot of time at many different dealerships, and had many bad experiences. Oxmoor is the only dealership that didn't lowball me on my trade in and was able to get me the car I wanted. This was our third time using Oxmoor Toyota for a car purchase and trade, and it was the best experience we've had. Our sales representative, Cory Morris, was knowledgeable about both vehicles we were interested in (Highlander & Sienna) and never pushed us to make a decision. Showed up here during work with normal work attire. My credit pulled at just under 750 and their first offer was 8% interest at 84 months. The seem to be quite judgmental. It took a great amount of work to get it to an actual interest rate. If your not a trained lawyer don’t come here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They have great salespeople, but the shark like tactics of the sales manager reflect very poorly on both Toyota and the dealership name. I am a very busy person and took time to write this. Avoid this place!!!!!

My husband Kristopher and I stopped in to look at their new trucks. We were just LOOKING when Kyle Hazlett came right out to assist us. Just bought our first new car in 11 years! Traded in our 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid, still running great, for a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. We love it! Cory was great. There were some issues and a miss communication where we were given some incorrect information about interest rates, but management and Cory gave us another option that was acceptable.
