    Frances and I just purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from William Adrio. It wasn't my typical car dealership experience where I felt pressured the entire time we were in the shop. We cannot be happier with the service. He was professional and efficient. This is the second car we bought from the dealership and service has been great. Also felt like I got a very good trade in value for my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Financing experience was also a positive.

    We went in having no clue what we could buy, but Keenan was so nice and took us to look at some cars. Fell in love and walked out with a brand new car! Was so easy and Keenan made it worth it! He explained every little button on the car and made sure I was comfortable driving this new car! I will definitely recommend this dealership and Keenan to everyone!

    Although they are huge and probably have a decent selection, the salesman we dealt with was not very knowledgeable and pretty rude. He never smiled, didn’t even try to be friendly, he didn’t want to answer our questions or maybe he didn’t know the answers, but he really was pretty rude. It was almost like we weren’t good enough to work with him. He didn’t even TRY to sell the car to us. Needless to say we didn’t buy the car. We drove 3 hours to be there and was very disappointed in the service. It is sad, these dealerships know they don’t have to have good customer service anymore. I will never go back there or any of their places again.

    Tyler Stevenson helped me out on choosing the right vehicle while considering my need of use to it and my financial degree. Went in with what i was asking and went home with a brand new car that i feel comfortable. Mr. Steven also took the time to show me a couple vehicles and also the process of paperworks was great and quick. Will be seeing them a lot for my maintenance.

    They tried to use old school car selling tricks on me. The salesman had to talk to the manager for me instead of letting me deal directly with the manager. They told me one story verbally but the paperwork that they wanted me to sign was different. I’ll never buy anything from any of the Oxmoor dealers. They tried every dirty trick in the book. I recommend that you stay away from them.

    My dealer was Noah Embry and he was absolutely incredible. Understanding that yes, the dealership has to make money off what they sell, he worked with me after about 3 different negotiations and we came up with our final payout. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and the process was the easiest car experience I have ever had in my life. Thank you again. I personally thought the sense of humor the staff had was hilarious too. When I negotiated the final price with them, they quoted me for that approximate amount to include 1 cent hahaha they removed the penny when i got there

    We had been to a major dealership just last week and was all but shoved out the door. Then I contacted Oxmoor Toyota in regards to an Acadia Denali I fell in love with. Went on line for financing, made our application and was set up an appointment. 3 hours later we drove away in a brand new Toyota Hybrid. They were able to work with us and that is so much more than anyone did for us....ever. They are amazing and I would suggest them to everyone. Big shout out to Mr Ford, a GM whose name I cant remember and just the whole facility ♡♡♡

    Absolute TERRIBLE experience at this dealership. 2nd car I have purchased from Oxmoor dealerships in Louisville and I will never step foot back onto one of their lots. Will not stand by their word. Do not believe anything they tell you, get everything in writing because they won't honor it and avoid the service dept. At all cost. Jay the salesman was nice and professional and i would be happy to support him on my next buy if he chooses to go to another dealership. Oxmoor Auto Group will never earn my business again. I was unable to speak with owners about my experience due to a rude secretary from corporate office that would not let me speak with them. Please take my advice and spend your money somewhere that appreciates you.This place does not.

    I bought a 2016 Camry from Joe Deitz at the Toyota dealership and I could not be happier. He and the finance department helped me to get it to a price that was affordable to me. Very nice people all around. They answered every question i had with ease. The finance guy took my phone to do some pretty intense math that i 100% could not follow at all, but he broke it down for me. Sum bout percentages idk still dont know. The Toyota dealership has some very capable people working there and if you are looking for a vehicle right now they are the people i would recommend.

    I bought a 2021 Kia Forte this month & have quite a bit of down payment on it. It seems it needs an alignment & I called my sales representative whose name was Ray. He said to take it to the Kia Place. Are you kidding. I said I bought it from you guys & then said the warranty goes on Kia which isn’t true or knowledgeable. I called a manager who said he would call me back the next day but didn’t. I called the next day & Lindsey said Ken Rogers was in & she transferred my call but he decided to let it go to voice mail. They are not very knowledgeable in there business & I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if they gave it to me.
