My realtor explained to me that using local lenders is often more advantageous, and that Kim was able to assist several of her clients in the past. I was accustomed to using the large banks/credit unions for my home lending needs. Needless to say, OVM Financial and specifically Kim Evers was a great choice. She was very nice from the start and cared about my needs, in this crazy housing market. I had several questions throughout the process and her responsiveness was almost unbelievably quick. I would send her emails to ask questions and she would reply within minutes most of the time, including late night. Her timeliness was very crucial in such a competitive market as my realtor and I sent her information for several properties, as homes continued to fly off the market. She always responded very quickly with an preapproval letter and fee sheet, specific for individual properties. I also had doubt about successful financing and the total amount that I could afford. She was able to break all of the costs down for me and explain the overall estimates of all possible loans. She never seemed annoyed by my millions of questions and was always polite. I would definitely use her services again in the future and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.
