I used to love this place, they have really gone down hill with their customer service. I've stopped going there all together due to a combination of this, as well as the insultingly low prices I was quoted the last 3 or 4 times I went there, & the rude way they make me feel like their looking down their noses at me. I came in a few days ago and found an awesome deal on a Bulova watch, one I've been looking for for a long time now. I got some help from Jet and Oscar and I just have to say that they made me feel good about my purchase, and included a new battery, which to me is huge. They gave me time to think and were patient with discussing things like the quality of the brand and other selections they had. Overall, awesome experience, great purchase, and I will be back.

I might be a little biased being I used to work here a little under a year ago. But I just wanted to say, as a person who saw what happened behind the scenes, the guys here seriously changed my perspective of what pawnshops are. Jett (the manager) truly loves what he does and is insanely knowledgeable about the business. From Gold to firearms to the latest and greatest in tech and tools, this guy has it all on lock. The exact same can be said for Sean, Oscar, and Wes. A great team of gentlemen that not only take great care of the shop and items in pawn, but also does their best to satisfy every customer that walks in the door. Great amount of study goes into offers made and checking around to see if a better offer can be made is always welcomed. Awesome shop, and awesome people. (no one asked me to write this, I respect and appreciate how things work there and am no longer an employee but a satisfied customer).

Had an excellent experience at Cross Creek Pawn. I called for a Ps3 game console and they held it for me until I could come get it...and also gave me a discount and free game!

The staff is very attentive and provide wonderful service. Sean, Jerome and Jett were all awesome, and are great assets to the business. Cross Creek Pawn has the absolute best customer service. Jerome, Matt, Jet and Sean take incredible care of their customers. I have bought and sold items with them numerous times and I have always left extremely happy and even shocked. First time ever to sell jewelry at a pawn shop. Was told they already had a bunch of sterling silver, but the boss said go ahead. Was paid way more than industry norm and process was explained. I feel like I received a very fair price. Employees were helpful. Went here because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. This is the best business that I've ever been to. Jett, the manager, is always so polite and professional. All of the employees in the shop are very helpful and friendly. Such a great shop with awesome, honest employees! Sean and Jerome are great, Jerome goes out of his way for his customers and makes sure to you are 110% satisfied, he is considerate, friendly to speak to and remembers who he deals with and takes your needs into perspective. Never received such genuine and great service before at a pawn shop, but this is definitely the place to go if you want honest and friendly service with individuals who go the extra mile for you. Definitely the BEST Pawn shop in the Cumberland County area! They have a very knowledgeable staff that treat you great. Wonderful service!! I had a high dollar (to me anyways) jewelry set from Saudi Arabia that family was reluctant to let go but it wasn't being worn so decided to sell it. The manager, Jett, quoted me a very fair price and then encouraged me to get more quotes from other very reputable and well known businesses just so I'd know the price was fair. He took his time examining and checking the quality. His price beat his competition by $200. His service was outstanding, kind, professional, and personable. When I returned to complete the transaction the other staff members were quick to be sure I'd been helped (twice) and both made sure to let Jett know I was waiting. After completing the financial end the manager offered to walk me to my car for security purposes. Above all, I firmly believe this business holds integrity and honor high on their priorities. I absolutely love this place! Jerome is definitely the go to guy! I was very indecisive on certain products but he took the time to explain everything to me. Everyone at the shop is very friendly. Depending on how much items your buying and how much you spend, they really do adjust the pricings to give you a better deal. This will always be my go to pawn shop. They're awesome!!!!!!!

Not your ordinary pawn shop. They always have nice quality merchandise. I have never pawned or sold anything. However, now when I need something I go there first and most times they have pre-owned items that they give me great deals on. They really appreciate the repeat business and show it in their customer service. I usually do all my transactions with Jerome. But took my computer in for a repair and James fixed it at a fraction of what a computer store would have.

They're very cool people, they treat you like a human and work with you. We brought in a windows 10 laptop and even though they had a lot of those they gave us a very reasonable price they would but it at. Jerome (the guy who worked with my wife and I) encouraged us to check some other places before we decided to sell to them because he wanted us to get the most for our laptop. These guys will be receiving all of my business for buying, selling, and trading.
