I had an extremely complicated closing for my own home. We used Manual Diner, P.A. and Orion Title and Escrow as our closing agent. Mr. Diner was extremely professional and extremely efficient when dealing with the many documents and questions that bombarded him on a daily basis. Mr. Diner took care of everything. Dealing with the seller's and their attorney wasn't easy as well. Between Mr. Diner and his wonderful team at Orion Title, they made everything flow smoothly on an very bumpy closing!! I highly recommend Orion Title & Escrow along with Manual Diner (attorney) as the best closing agents to help with any real-estate transaction. As a realtor, I have also used Orion Title for many of my closings when dealing with my own transactions. I have the opportunity to use my own in house closing agent/title company, however, I will always choose Orion Title & Escrow even though I am required to pay an expensive fee for not using my company. It's totally worth it!!
