I was looking for a condo in the Brickell area. When I finally found one that I liked, I was told by most banks that they would only finance for that building with a minimum of 25% down. I had a problem. I really wanted to live in that building but didn’t want to put so much down. I called The Truth About Lending and spoke with Scott Zuppke. He explained to me that there was a way to only have to put 10% down. Scott along with Malinda and Austin were able to successfully walk me through the process. After many, many phone calls and emails I was able to close on my first home. Scott was exceptional.
