Regions Bank Griffin Rd, Cooper City

Today I arrived at this brench and the brench manager in the name of ANNIE SANCHEZ would not service me .since I’ve been banking with region bank for over a year and I’ve never experienced anything like this . I was in total disbelief. My check was ripped and she did told me the reason she could not help me because I needed to go to a brench near my house when all she needed to do was tape the check back together & the number on the check was readable but she still refused to help me because I WAS BLACK . We all know what that is about ! I went to another brench near by that assistant me & they cashed out the check . I plan on calling cooperate I have a video of her response of why she wouldn’t cash out the check which didn’t make any sense at all. Brench @ 8020 pine blvd Pembroke Pines FL 33024 assistant me this evening and I was able to get my check cash out thanks to Celita I was able to cash out my check.

Always a pleasure coming to this branch. Andrea Suchi Melina and Virginia are welcoming and cheerful . Keep it up .

I have recently moved to the Davie/ Cooper City area and I was looking for a bank. I was thrilled to walk into Regions Bank to open an account. I was greeted by my first Financial Relationship Consultant FRS )Scott Gresham. It didn’t take long before I opened a checking account and Scott explained all the many great convenience services offered at the bank. Scott even set up my online banking account and walked me thru setting up the Regions Bank App! I needed to authorize an outside financial institution to make direct deposits into my account . Scott assisted me with that as well. Thank you Scott! After contacting this Institution, they required their own document to be filled but they didn’t indicate that one of the FRC’s had to sign it. I returned to the bank and Andrea Vasquez greeted me with a warm smile. Not only did she scan the documents , but also She made me feel welcomed and part of the Region’s family. I got a call from the other institution and they said the form was not signed . I angrily told them it would help if their form had lines or a box for such a signature. I went back and this time FRS Jahmal Herron signed his name and put his title and phone number on the form as requested! The transaction is now a complete success!! Their attention to detail, their friendly customer service and willingness to go the extra mile is what sets these three outstanding FRS’ from others at any bank! As I mentioned “ I had my eyes on Regions Bank from the start!!”

This review is specifically for Ms. Melina Villaorduna. I arrived at 4:59 PM June 29, 2020 to make a deposit it took longer that I expected, but MS. Melina was very professional and help me thru the process. Thank you

Their hours are horrible switching banks

Horrible customer service. The rep Yolanda Polanco dare raise her voice at me, and give a lecture of how I miss manage my money when they couldn’t even explain an Overdraft fee! in times when we barely making any money with the pandemic every cents counts and you thief’s are taking people’s money for no reason, and insulting the customers. I will be putting a formal complain.

Alexander Arango is not to be trusted. HE is a lying deceptive financial advisor . Do not invest with this man unless you want to be misled and lied to . Have your money Missing for one month. Blame the bank he works for fedex and the investment company. When investigating we found out everything he did and said was a lie. He took advantage of my mother and was deceptive im sure will prey on others. he is incompetent and not trustworthy. His communication sucks as well .

Very bad experience they are racist and like to call the police if you are of color do not go here

I try every Friday to go to this branch which is the closest to my home and they are never open after 530 pm . Why does their location say open til 6? Do all branches do this? It's very inconvenient I'm considering changing banks because of this issue. And there's no direct nber available for the branch to call and verify they will or will not be open til 6 as stated in their site. Very displeased w this branch.
