I've dealt with this company twice in the last 6 months. The first was to sign some papers so a relative could sell a house my name was on. The second time was to purchase a house for myself. The closing went so smoothly. The sellers signed their papers on a Friday. We signed the next Tuesday and were able to close and get the sellers funded the same day. We got our keys that night. Amazing!!

This company is the reason I’m not able to close on the house I’m buying! They got notice that they needed to fix something almost 3 weeks ago from the title and escrow company handling my purchase, along with the seller repeatedly asking them for the last 7 years to fix it, it didn’t get done now we can not close due to this company moving slow as snails to get a very important situation handled! They aren’t worried they get to go home to a nice house at the end of the day! Mind you then a secretary hung up on me after placing me on hold when I called back she didn’t even come to the phone had someone tell me there’s no updates! Like seriously here we are going on day 4 of not closing!
