Just want to say that it is the best experience I've had and Liliana was very patient with me and was very informative. By far the best office I been too. Overall 5 out of 5 and a 10+ out of 10 thanks to Liliana and her co-worker. Thank you ladies for the help, went beyond to help me and answered all my questions, Again Thank You So Much!!!

Karina Avila is a very great worker she is very nice and very kind and she is always very polite no matter how her day is going and shes always greeting the customers and she takes her time to explain the loan policies in a nice timely fashion..I would recommend any and everyone to go apply with her because she is very awesome.

My experience at this location was flawless. From beginning to end it was a pleasure being helped by Stephanie and Saul. As soon as I walked near the desk I was greeted by Stephanie. Very friendly with a vibrant smile, she made me feel really comfortable and she was extremely efficient with pulling my information up. The lead Saul was very knowledgable and went through all the paperwork/disclosures as professional as possible. Coming from a background with Banking management and customer service of 10+ years myself, I can assure you these two were top notch. Oportun is extremely privileged to have these two for their company. Nothing but good things to say. Would definitely refer and do business again.
