I’m really happy with opportune . I walk in to the store today , and Maria help me out. I gave her my money and I thought it had giving her a certain amount of money but she told me I had giving her more money than what it was. she was really honest and caring 🙏 appreciate opportune so much and Maria for the loyalty.

I had a great experience with the two ladies that helped me, named Juanita and Inez. They have great personalities and give even better customer service! They made the process bearable. Will definitely be coming out to this location to do my payments.

Went in for a loan and was welcomed by outstanding customer service. A wonderful lady by the name of Gabriela was able to get me approved and helped out with great communication, in both Spanish and English.

Inez and Gabriela were very honest and detailed about the services and were very patient and caring about my well being and great job with hiring them here at this store or whatever store you desire they are able to work thank you and God Bless

I came into this place expecting to be in a real loan company, the photos are not what is what you get. It is in a grocery store with one person working, no privacy to discuss a loan. You wait in line then they tell you to do your app online! They may help some people but it is totally unprofessional, it's a real shock to walk in thinking oh that's the customer service desk for the latin store it's located in.

I came in thinking I wasn't gona get approved but Gabriela helped me and had shown me great excellent customer service. She was very patient when it came to me asking multiple questions and the answer came with every smile thanks girl.

Was helped by Gabriela and she made getting my personal loan super easy and fast. Thank you very much. Will definitely be recommending to everyone else to check them out.
