We started our refinance with the new Sherwood branch in late October and closed by December. Working with Samuel was the smoothest refinance we've ever had in the past 40+ years of buying and refinancing houses and we've done several with various banks and mortgage brokers throughout the years. Samuel was quick, concise, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and we very much appreciate the help he was able to provide in navigating the paperwork. You ever walk into somewhere and you get the vibe nobody wants to be there. It's shocking and such a beautiful place has a terrible aurora. Nobody greeted me while everyone in offices with their head down almost shocked to see someone walk in. I won't visit this place again. Even my big bank across the street at least two people smile and say hello. Entire staff here needs training or coffee and management should be ashamed.

The mortgage refinance was one of the easiest and smoothest experiences we've ever had. Exceptional customer service from Samuel in Sherwood. He thoroughly answered all questions, and his response time to any messages we left was literally within minutes.
