RENEGGED ON HAVING 2 MONTHS FREE OF PAYMENTS NOT HAPPY. JULY SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST PAYMENT (16TH) NOT JUNE 16TH I WAS PROMISED 2 MONTHS FREE OF PAYMENT AND NEVER GOT IT.

Your company showed good customer skills, made you feel comfortable and did everything to help you obtain a loan. I would recommend others to your company.

The woman (Megan I believe) who helped us was super knowledgeable and professional. She made this whole process very easy and understandable. Her kindness was not forgotten. If you need help go to this branch these workers are so kind and helpful.

Mr justin Harley was awesome! He explained everything in detail to the t. I had my daughter there and he even somehow managed to make her feel like she was apart of the process. He was a pleasure.

Applied for a loan online through this company. Was told everything was set in stone and all I had to do was show up and sign loan paperwork. I arrived, and was told I should have brought a blank check for them to know my bank account number. I was not prepared for this. I was able to get ahold of my bank account number for them. When they pulled up my information I was approved for only 25% of what I had asked for despite being told otherwise on the phone. This place sucks. I won't be back.

I called into speak to the manager Brittany at The Mechanicsburg, Pa store. I was greeted by an associate named Melanie. When I ask to please speak with the manager concerning a question about my account she very rudely asked who I was and put me on hold. She came back on the phone with out even giving me a chance to say anything she said the manager will not speak with you we are not no longer handling your account. She proceeded to cut me off and be very sarcastic. I never write a review, but at this point I have had nothing but sarcasm and unprofessionalism every time I call into this company. I strongly advise that if customer service and professionalism is something you value, do not do business with this location. Also read the fine print your interest rate is as high as 26 percent and most banks don't show this as a positive on your report. I made the last four payments through an outside firm and they are still reporting missed payments and Mechanicsburg just pushes my concerns off. Real professional One Main in Mechanicsburg
