Not happy they won’t count my doordash pay since I have not worked their last year I feel that is a form of discrimination not happy at all , even with having a current loan that I have made every payment on time…

The ladies at One Main Financial in Dunkirk, NY made processing my loan a wonderful experience. In the past I have not had pleasurable experiences with lenders, but I actually felt like the human they base their slogan off of. I had a few things that were not exactly lined up with the standard process to close on my loan, but they understood my situations and gave me the benefit of the doubt. This is the type of lending that should be out there because it creates trust and in turn promotes a positive relationship! Thank you!

I was told a quote, halfway there (hours away from where I live) I got told the loan would be considerably less, I was still fine with it. I walked into the business and while finalizing my paperwork, was told a drastically diffeeenr number. Had I known my actual approval was that low I would’ve saved my time and gas and got a loan through someone else. Instead I found out in front of other people which was humiliating and was told there’s nothing that can be done. I understand there is not always things that can be done, but that was unprofessional, humiliating and a waste of time.

i had the pleasure to have Heather work my case for a loan . Being a Veteran and disabled , I was in a financial delema and reached out to One Main. They got me back on track and in a much better financial position. I can honestly highly recommend One Main and Heather Cataldo . I felt like I was dealing with a friend more than just being a client.

Staff is friendly but as for anyone needing credit for a loan. This is the desperate last line option to go to. If you do go this route get the minimal amount to get you started after that you should be able to go else where. Do not use this place for long term loans as the apr will hurt more to pay off before you even start to pay on the loan. Just do your homework. I started with a small loan here and it seem to take forever to pay off. But with small purchases through fingerhut i was able to establish a 670 score and now with capital one im 730 fico score with a very low apr. One main isn't a great choice but if you are in a bind and need some thing now then the choice is up to you. All i know is this isn't a great place for a major loan. People can be nice but when it comes to money no one is nice. Thats a fact.. Good luck if you use this company. 2 stars for friendly staff.

Would highly recommend this company, I was treated very well, fast, easy, and affordable. Made the process of getting a loan comfortable. Definitely would continue doing business with this excellent company. Thank you one Main Financial for your help.

There are not enough kind words to express the kindness that these woman share with you. They are professional and dignified and sincerely have your best interests at heart. They ate also your personal advisors to assist you in necessary means to aid you in any manner. My personal advisor, I am proud to call my friend. Awesome job ladies!

Employees were nice, but pre qualified, submitted all documentation 2 days in advance. Then told no go after I had my appointment scheduled, due to income from seasonal employment. I can understand, but they had ny paystubs from day one, why last minute decision? I was not going to take the loan due to interest rate, but talked myself into it. Only to be denied after talking to them for days with no apparent isdue.

I am not happy about my experience with One Main. To make a long story short, I was told that I was approved for a loan. I asked a few times if they were sure that everything was set and if I had final approval. I was told that I was approved. However, that turned out not to be true. The day before I was to sign the final documents, I was told that I could not get the loan anymore, due to my income. It is bad customer service to tell a customer that they definitely have a loan before the final confirmation has been given. I would have been fine with not getting loan, but false promises are unacceptable. Find a better option for a personal loan.

I used Credit Karma to pre-qualify, then I contacted the office and spoke to Will. I gave him everything he required and 2 days later loan was done. Excellent customer service. Stop by & check them out!
