Joey and his team are the best. Always take care of and help me with all of my business. Joey always gets back to me via text anytime i text him. He treats me as if i was long time friend. That is the kind of atmosphere you get here! KC and Jasmine are awesome to work with when coming into the store. This is the best pawn shop in Buffalo hands down. You rock Joey and staff!

I'd like to take the time to just say the employees of this establishment (Buffalo jewelry and loan on Seneca st in Buffalo NY) are generally pleasant to there customers! However my brother and I personally like dealing with Jasmin, due to the simple fact that she is by far the most genuine,sympathetic as well as understanding person of whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with! "Speaking for myself" she has helped me on multiple occasions!! I truly hope this review helps someone to make the right choice when choosing a pawn shop!

This was my first time going to the Seneca Street location and just as the Sheridan location is a clean, organized and most importantly the service was just like the Sheridan location, people are really friendly and attentive. They also have the best interest rate for loans and they do very fair amounts on these loans if you don't want to sell. Also there's a lot of good stuff for sale in there if you're looking for a good deal.

Everyone in this store is so incredibly kind! Matt helped me pick out an engagement ring and a nice woman helped with an Apple Watch. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

I went today first time going there and all the staff were so nice and very helpful too .I needed a leave blower and they had one that fit my price range too, I will definitely be going back there they have so many items and are reasonably priced too. I'm glad there is a store like this in our neighborhood !

I’d just like to say that Buffalo Jewlery loan is unlike any pawn shop and The manager kacey is a great guy who will go above and beyond for his customers and also knows what he’s talking about He will take care of you!! I only will honestly go here from now on for jewelry or anything that I may need used but still mint. If he can’t help you he will put you in the right direction SHOUT OUT BIG DAWG KC!! Every time we go into Buffalo jewelry and loan all the employees go above and beyond to be so helpful and kind. Jasmine in particular was awesome and took the extra time and effort to help us with a loan. I truly cant say enough good things about the shop and the people who work there. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anybody.

I never been to a pawn shop that cares so dearly for their customers I always feel welcome and respected when I come here I usually go to get a loan from trading in my ps4 and they always offer me a amount that I ask for. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy definitely always a 5 star experience. I recommend everyone to come here they always have the fairest prices on their merchandise and if your ever in a jam and need a loan they always offer top dollar for you item. Staff very friendly and helpful, the store clean and well organized. When you walk in you feel comfortable and you know that you are not going to be cheated because that's how they make you feel and you wind up getting more than you ever expected. Oh and the best part is that they are concerned about your safety and will have someone walk you to your car. That's what you call excellent customer service.

Friendly, cheerful... but watch for their low offers.... you MUST haggle with them!! Seriously though, friendly people and nice atmosphere 👌

I think this is a good pawn shop if they get rid of Casey. He flirted with my girlfriend at the Seneca street location and I'm totally bummed about this we needed some money quick so we went there. I would recommend this place because they helped us and the rest of the staff are really cool people.

I love shopping at Buffalo Jewelry and Loan. It's in my neighborhood and I always find some nice bling. Today I bought a pair of beautiful opal earrings.

Walked in this store with an authentic breitling watch with all documents showing spoke with Casey was told to come back they wanted to take my watch to Reed’s to get the back open to see if it was real lol I wonder why that was Maybe cause of my skin color after Reed’s told them they don’t do that I was told watch is skeptical by Joe all this after Casey Diamond tested the watch looked it up and did all the above and spoke with Joe on the phone in front of me funny thing is there the ones insisted we go to Reed’s I told Casey I’ve already been there with the watch and Reed’s don’t even provide that service guess who was right. Upon speaking with Joe later he gave an answer of all sort’s that didn’t make any sense about the watch at all but made alot of sense to me 1 with the skepticism questions and 2nd which was the tell all for me not knowing what services Reed’s provide if your in that field I’m sure you dealt with watches before at least that’s what I was told in the store so if that’s the case what company opened the backs of those watches????? Still today people pick and choose when to show that racial side of themselves without even knowing it Joe was so defensive 1st thing he said was I have a black employee who in there right mind says that . Joe does that’s who this will be Spot I would never visit again

One of the best places I’ve sold, bought, and pawned to! They are more than fair on their prices, great customer service, and friendly. The have the best pawn prices I’ve ever seen and they hold your items for you for a long time, most places will give you 2 months or less, here gives you 6 months (maybe more but I know 6 months for sure lol). The associates at this store are top notch, every time I come in I am treated so well and receive the best care. They remember your name here folks, my rings just got polished for free and they helped me pick out a lovely wedding band!

I was very pleased to do business with Buffalo Jewelry & loan . The few other pawn shops wouldn’t give me what I requested but Buffalo Jewelry & Loan helped me with no problem. Jasmine and Ashley was very nice and courteous explained everything and made me very comfortable with doing business with them.
