OneMain Financial N Main St, High Point

Seems like I can’t get a straight answer. I had an account start at this store and now it’s at another place within the company due to financial struggle. They said I had deferments from years ago that I never signed for…!! Somehow my signature got on the paper. I know for a fact I never signed it. Beware of this place. That’s some sketchy mess. And the mgr there is not professional at all. She’s so rude not willing to work with you and hateful.

This is the 3rd time I used One Main Financial, and I always walk away 100% pleased with the service and the professionals who work there. The people treat others with respect and there is no pressure to accept anything but what you want for your transaction.

I really enjoyed getting a loan. With a low credit score I had, they were kind enough to loan me money that enabled me to save a thousand on a 2k transaction.

This bank / branch is incompetent of dealings as a bank institution should be. I financed a vehicle there in 2019 for $8k and made payments (some modified) and (2) years later my payoff was $8300 which I payed the vehicle off in full. The branch sneaked some disability and unemployment insurance on me for $2500 through electronic signatures that I rushed through because we had already made financial agreement in person at bank. Though I lost my job due to CoVID I was denied unemployment insurance benefits because I had not met their requirements of being on my job for (1) year and was left to deal with any extra coverage that they sneaked out on me that I was not covered for. Kim is an arrogant, incompetent, ignorant branch manager that talks to you like a dog. I will never do business with them again or recommend any friends to do business there.

I was very disappointed with my husband's visit with One Main. He went to see a specific person, because she had all of his information already at hand and yet and still the present employee continued to bribe him and started a whole new entire application process and had him denied and also told him she wouldn't submit his application. I think her name was Laura,just the worst.

The staff at One Main Financial (Moriah) was very easy to work with. Very professional and even stayed late to meet our times of need due to work. Loan process was easy. Will tell all our friends and family about One Main Financial.

They have helped me with several loans over the last 10 years. They are Friendly and responsive. They have given a loan when I've needed credit, even with a low credit score!

Have been with this loan company for 8 yrs have been late once they will call you over and over even on Saturday first thing in the morning even after the payment was already made .They have the highest interest rates rates and when I get this loan paid I will never use one main ever again !!!!!
