I have been with One Main for many years and I am always treated with respect and compassion and professionalism. Tessie is so wonderful to deal with, she makes it simple fast and easy.

Worst on customer service.. asked for help to get a late payment waived was told your payment is due on that date and that's it. I've had an account with them and never been late and the one time out of the 3 years I've had them no help. Covid & and the winter storm we had in irving texas no help what so ever.. never will I use one main again..

I absolutely would refer anyone to one main with any financial needs. Francesca was very helpful and offered superior customer service.

At first they were very helpful and everything was fine then refinanced changed my due date called to have it changed back which they said was supposed to have been done then got overdrafted on my account because it was note done then they want to send refund check that takes 7-10 business days by mail.....no bueno😔😔😔

I have had very good service from One Main Financial. However I am doing another deal with them, I was in the area and had some questions. So I stoped in. I was met by lady named Marisol. Very rude, ridged. No Good Morning how are you. Sir you have to put on a mask! Do you have an appointment and so on. I could not get a word in edge wise. If I was a new customer, I would not do business with One Main Financial because of her lack of customer service. I highly recommend Marisol get some customer service training, mainly how to treat people. I started to give them 2 stars and up to to 3 only because I have had some good service from Jackie and others

Had a great time with Marisol at One Main in Irving, answered all my questions and never has this process been so easy and efficient. Will not go anywhere else for my Financial needs. You were the best Marisol

Bad experience. Was connected by LendingTree for a prequalified loan of $10,000. Set up account, provided documents, they wouldn’t answer the phone. Red flag number 1. Called and someone answered and immediately said please hold, on hold during my whole lunch break for 30 mins and they picked up the phone and hung up. Called another one main financial office in different city and they connected me with them just for them to say Cindy is on lunch. Long story short took 3 days just to tell me I am approved for $200 dollars more than one of my paychecks, with no Derogatory credit and they also did a hard pull on my fathers credit and was discussing a car my father owns due to me being named after my father. Cindy was very unprofessional and when I re-gave her my vehicle info she offered me another 100 dollars for hush money. Slap in the face. Unprofessional Cindy, seemed very glad I didn’t accept small offer so she could go on another lunch break. Very dissatisfied with 3 day terrible customer service. i work 7 days a week and work from the hours of when the branch is open to close so i am never able to call or go inside, i have emailed this branch several times and i have never received a response. Why have it on your website that you can email if you arent going to respond?!?!!
