Go thru all necessary info provided then they say they cannot verify info which I plainly put everything correct. So now they added an inquiry to my credit which I did not need! UGH!!!! I called and did not help just told me to send a letter! Who uses mail anymore? I needed this TODAY!

This type of "Loan" should be illegal. They prey on the people who are least able to repay a loan with almost 400% intrest. (yes that's not a typo!) If an individual tried to charge that much intrest, it is called "loan sharking".

They are very easy to work with and very quick at getting your money. I would definitely use them again.

Submitted the application online. It stated i was denied because it could not verify information. When i called in the rep was unable to see what information was not verifiable. I feel this is a bit concerning as any loan place you go to has an ability to say what credentials are needed to be verified and allows you to do so. In this case, My credit was dinged 5 points with a hard inquiry and no way to resolve the denial. I was then advised to reapply after the 19th but it would ding my credit again with a second hard inquiry. This is the worst outcome and this tells me to stay away from this company all together. I highly do not recommend.

I have my bank account and my debit card enrolled with my joes account to have my payments pulled automatically, they purposely do not charge all of your payments automatically so you can be past due. Horrible company needs to be reported to bbb I had a payment go through just fine on the 13th and another scheduled for the 14th (next day) the first one went through automatically and the second one, wasn’t even pulled and now I’m behind. Shady company.

Spent 20 minutes on a loan application and each step of the way, the application process said I was moments away from accepting a 2,100 loan. I verified all that I needed and after all of that, DENIED! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! These companies make their money off of simply having you apply. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!

Terrible Terrible company. Do not use at all. They are unprofessional. The reps have no clue what is going on or to help you find a solution. I repeat do not use them or count on them to help. You have been warned.

Was easy to apply and get funds. Only reason not a 5 star is they didn't offer me the amount I was pre-approved for.

I received a letter from Jora Credit saying that I was pre qualified for $3000. I responded and filled out the paperwork online and was approved. My 3000.00 was deposited in my acct. the next day. Easy as pie!

Customer Service was good! Someone with Bad credit, good job and makes good moneys, gets penalized with HIGH Interest rates, I just returned the money and said no "No Thanks"

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DISGUSTING AND SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. They call from blocked numbers and refuse to identify themselves until you provide personal details about yourself, so you have to provide personal information before you even know who you’re talking to, if you say “I’m not telling you any information until you tell me where you’re calling from” they try to say you’re “unwilling to cooperate with them” and that you are “refusing their phone calls.”
