Very easy and straight forward loan process. One application completed only took a few hours for the money to be deposited in my account. Competitive rates far less than almost all store lines of credit.

Kelly Darling was a true professional, courteous and very informative. She was tremendously helpful in helping us in getting a loan and explained the options I had. This was a much needed loan and Kelly did everything possible to help us. The process from start until we signed the paperwork was extremely easy. I wood recommend Kelly to anyone. I have dealt with OneMain many times before in the past and they always have been there for me when I needed financial help and everyone I have dealt with have been always courteous, professional and very helpful. This was great to help me almost get out of debt but in the long run it hs done more harm than good for me. Make sure you read the fine print. I've been paying between 150-200 extra on my loan and all they do is put it towards the interest on the loan. It should be going towards the principal. But they apparently don't do it like that and the women who I talked to had no understanding about what I was referring to when I asked her why isn't the extra money going towards the principal?

I’m in the process of trying to repair my credit from a nasty divorce. The employee that handled my application had a smug and demeaning attitude. He also lied about the value of my vehicle, even though I proved through KBB and NADA (which he said they use) that the Jeep is with 1900.00 more than he said it was worth. He was in no way there to help me out. He wanted me to refinance my other car through them for double the interest rate. Stay away from this place, they are not here to help, they are only trying to prey on those of us that are in a bind and sucker you into an impossible situation.

Working with the loan officers in this branch makes applying for a loan easier, with a quick and timely response. They make you feel at ease and that they care.

Gabriela was absolutely AMAZING. She was friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever she could do to help me with my loan. I would recommend her any day to anyone!

I usually don't write reviews however after applying for a loan and being approved . I received a msg. stating that someone would contact me shortly or I could call the local branch with questions , which I did and after my 4th attempt I finally got a hold of someone who started to ask questions. to process the application . halfway through the application , she says someone else had the application and that she'll contact me , we'll she didn't so I called back . and the person picked up and stated that the other person should've told me I didn't qualify . but she would send it back up and see if I could get approved since #'s were tight which leads me to believe that they were sitting on my application . and didn't do anything . finally got a call back that I was denied . yet my credit took a hit for a hard inquiry . don't waste your time. it is not as simple as they say !

As always a great experience. Ease of applying for loan and then setting up the loan was very easy. Very pleased with the assistance that I received on the phone and in the office. Very knowledgeable staff and very courteous.

Great bunch of caring people this is my 2nd time using them. They make you feel like part of the family.
