Truist Western Blvd, Jacksonville

We have are selling my mom's house tomorrow. For two weeks I have been dealing with the hometown branch in Siler City with no success. Mom had an open equity line from years ago with former BB&T. To close on the house we needed the Equity Line released. A coworker mention there was a branch in Jacksonville. I called as soon as I got off work and spoke to the most amazing young lady, Kiko Nagashima who told me to pick up my Mom and bring her into the Jacksonville branch. Kiko went above and beyond to handle our matter. Because of this caring and very knowledgeable and efficient young lady we should be able to close the sell of Mom's house tomorrow. A very Big Thank You to Kiko and Truist. All banking should be this easy. Truist you have a true gem of an employee in Kiko Nagashima.

I love the employees in this bank. They always greet you with a smile. Melissa, Lisa, Margrett, and LeeAnn always go above and beyond.

Not large enough bank to be open on Saturday like many other banks, but can charge for their services. Looking to leave before they change their name again.

Worst bank I ever deal with, leaving them ASAP. Horrible customer service, charging you when is their faults.

I had an awesome experience! The banker who opened my account was very pleasant, took her time, and walked me through The best account option to meet my financial needs. I currently encouraged my two teenage daughters to open their accounts and they are very pleased as well. My son is next!

Please update your hours you have posted online. We arrived at 8:30am and we were told rudely that the drive through doesn't open till 9 am when the website clearly states 8:30am. Please fix this information.

Slowest bank company ever!! (multiple locations) My job uses this bank and dropping off the deposit or getting change takes so long, even getting here early doesn't help.

My account was closed. But they don't know why nobody can tell me why they closed my account they just say they can do it without cause. Then they held my money in A CLOSED account and time me there waiting to see if anything needs to be paid. Mind you it's a closed account now you're can you hold my money and tell me the account is in hold and you don't know why your closing it. I went to the been and they told me come back Friday too see if anything else has been paid. Mind you this account was closed Monday and they want me to come back Friday for my money.????? Please don't use BBT

My land lord uses this bank. I've been in my house for almost a year and EVERYTIME I submit my payment there's an issue with finding him. Which prompts me to come back again until i find the one person who can find him and deposit my check. The incompetence is ridiculous.

My ATM card was not working. I went in to find out why. I sat there for 45 minutes before an employee even acknowledged my existence. I waited almost 2 hours to be helped. It took five minutes to fix the problem. Literally 5 minutes. There was one person doing account services. There were a lot of other employees around who could not do account services. And the manager was not there. Customer no-service at it's finest. If you have to go in for something that can't be handled at the counter I suggest you bring a drink, a snack, something to occupy yourself, and leave the kids at home.
