Their customer service is a 5/5. Super down to earth and lovely people. Absolutely the best to work with and always willing to help. Maybe it's me, but I don't believe it is, but I have never had so much trouble paying a bill that I want to pay, and have the money for, in my life. I have *never* payed a late fee on bills before, but I've been assessed late fees twice here because they keep saying by bank account is declining. I have seen my bank account withdraw the money for them and then a week later (after the late fee deadline) I get a call from them saying my card/bank declined the payment. I don't think they are lying, but I also know that my bank already took that money out and then after it's gone, the money is being re-credited to my account and I am seeing where Mariner wasn't paid. I have never had this issue before and it is really frustrating when I am paying on time and most often even in person, to confirm everything went through just fine.

We have been customers of Mariner Finance for several years. They have always been professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. If you need their services, the great people at Mariner are the ones to see.

Don’t deal with BRITTANY TAYLOR!! She is terrible and inconsistent!! You have to call her multiple times to even receive a status on your request!! She have other co workers tell you that she is going to call back and never does !! Also remember not everyone takes out loans so please speak to the next customer as this is their first time requesting one !! Not everyone knows the process. Dealing with her is terrible!! And the other employees act like they can’t provide information on the acct! Most horrible first time experience!!

Dealt with Brittany and she made whole process so easy and effortless. I work a lot and hard to squeeze in on my schedule they worked with me and made it happen. Would highly recommend!!! 😁

Needed money for unplanned dog vet bills. Worked with Brittany, she was quick, efficient and helpful! Now have unhappy dog but she''ll be happier and more comfortable soon...

Brittany Buettner was very nice and so fast to get me the loan needed. I really do recommend them if you are in a bind and looking for great customer service. Everyone greeted me when I came in and were very nice & professional.

Very efficient and fast. Called to refinance in the late afternoon, confirmed all my info was still the same, & made an appointment to sign and pick up my check the following morning. Jeremy was awesome! He had me out of there within 30 mins.
