Ray is very nice and moves fast. I had a loan that had done me well, and when I needed a loan he was quick to move to add more at a payment that I could afford. And actually, it was a little bit more than I had orginally applied for. I will ALWAYS call Ray if I'm in a bind.

If I were shopping a loan, one of my first requirements is to not kill trees to solicit from people while sending mailers criminals may get their hands on. This is 2021. Business and practice must change. Waste is not a good business model.

Excellent Customer Service. Kimberly was Great! She was very helpful an thorough. I left the OneMain Financial with a clear understanding of my loan and the funda where in my account the next morning like Kimberly said. Thank you so much for all help.

Since rebranding from springleaf this place has gone done hill. And they definitely dont take care of return customers. When they was springleaf and I needed them I got what I needed. But now with slightly better credit and a returning customer (who paid the previous loan off early) they refused to help. Even with putting up a vehicle worth TWICE what I was asking for. Dont waste your time with them

So helpful and professional! They really try their best so make sure everything is in order to have a successful loan approval. I've worked with Terri and Rachael the last several years and they are awesome! Even though I feel very humble when needing a loan, they are very cheerful and helpful and don't make you feel like a "3rd rate citizen" for borrowing. I've had loans through other agencies in past years, and One Main is the only one with integrity.

Dissatisfied. I had the rudest poor customer service experience with the branches locally. For simple tasks, it seems like either they don't like they're jobs or don't get out much. I'm seriously considering to eliminate my business with any of onemain's banking products. Forwarded to management. See if improvements are made.
