The only reason I’m giving One Main a 2 is because the people seem fairly nice. I was approved for a loan with a vehicle as collateral. Which was no issue, I sent them my registration only to find out that because it was out of state they couldn’t use it. They asked me to register the vehicle in Texas. I really needed the loan, so I sent my husband to register the vehicle, he spent $300. Only to then be told that I needed to transfer the title as well. If I had been informed ahead of time I would’ve declined the loan initially because I didn’t have the extra $300 to begin with and then they wanted me to spend upwards an additional $1000 before they could process the loan. So essentially I lost $300 for nothing. I could understand if I were denied flat out or even if they had told me, in the beginning, I needed both the registration and title in Texas. I think this company would be much better if they improved their communications with potential clients.

It's been two weeks now and all I am doing is playing phone tag with a girl named Danielle. I should not have to try this hard to get a loan. Your a business and should want me as a customer not I wanting you as a loan company. Questions have been answered just for me to answer over and over again. And Danielle is always busy closing on other loans but my has been set aside. Time to look for a different company who actually wants my business.

Worst so not helpful they could always just be honest about the whole thing instead of just trying to get you a lone for their commission..

The people were friendly and worked quickly to get me the money . I was appreciative of all the work and the outstanding customer service . God bless this company . Still caring for customers!!

Called and gave them all of my information and was approved for a loan. To only get there and was told no because I needed collateral. In which I told this office my car is in my mom’s name. Total waste of time and my plans are ruined! What’s the point of having the information you need, and telling a person they are approved for a loan? To only get them there and say. No.

Great staff and upfront with all the details about their services and fees. Like their app could use some tweaks but definitely makes it easy for people like me with crazy schedules to keep up to date with my account.

Don't waste your time, they give you the approval online but if you don't have a car as a collateral they are decline their "offer "

Be careful what you do the minute you ask for a loan here at this place. Beware.🤔
