Vanessa was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a loan. She was very patient and answered so many questions I had, as well as feeding me many information I didn’t even know I wanted. I would strongly recommend giving her a $5 pay raise as I felt she put in a lot of work not just for me but with me.

Corinne was a great help to me when I was looking to take out a loan. Made it easy and she made sure I was well informed and understood the process.

In 2017 one of their employees opened A fraudulent Loan in my name after she said I was denied. There was no allotment set up nor did I sign any paperwork. They wouldn't even help, I was filing complaints to review the footage they never would and stuck me with a loan I never got. It's impacting my credit for 50+ point I don't know what to do. I do not recommend going there there some employees are theves.

Omni has always been there every time I need them. Sherrie was very helpful and assisted me and was there to answer any questions/concerns that I may have had. Even though I came in late on Saturday and the loan could not be processed until Monday, Sherrie made me a priority to assist due to I was leaving to go out of town on business that Monday and she wanted to ensure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend Omni to others that may need assistance when they fall short. Ask for Sherrie, she was phenomenal/excellent in customer service.

It was a beautiful Wednesday morning, when all of a sudden I was driving down the street and saw Omni Financial. Decided to pull over and go inside because I was in need of some help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was greeted by an amazing woman, Ashley. We immediately started the process of getting me a loan and in no time I was approved. Ashley did such a phenomenal job of making sure I got all the information I needed and making me feel at home. I would definitely recommend Omni Financial to other military members and make sure to come see Ashely, she will out a smile on your face. Guaranteed!

We walked in not knowing how long it would take or what we needed Denise was very helpful in getting us started and talking us through the entire process. Once we were approved Ashley helped get everything set up and explained how she could help us in the future. They both were extremely professional and helpful!

I went to Omni last Friday to apply for additional funds and I received great customer service by Cristina. job well done! I’ve been coming here for some time now I have always experience good service and this visit was not what I have experienced before.. Manager was sitting at an employees desk, as I walked in and greeted the beautiful ladies, the manager was still sitting on the desk and giving her back towards the customers. It was very rude, and unprofessional especially if she was a manager. She was also dressed very unprofessional. All of the other ladies were so nice and so beautiful.. keep up the nice works ladies.

EDIT: The loan process was fast and I got my money instantly. The repayment was set in my contract so start coming out the end of the next month. But when I got my next pay check they had taken out the money anyway. I was in a tight squeeze at this point because I had budgeted that money for other things and then I had to wait for a refund. They were very helpful but if the contract says when the repayment will start they should abide by that just as I should abide by it as a consumer. I don't normally write reviews but this company deserves one. I was recommended this company through my fiancé to get a small loan and when I came in Ashley was especially helpful when I came in and helped me go through the process of getting my documents uploaded successfully. I was told I would receive a call if my loan was approved and that Monday I was sent an email that I was approved and directed me on what to do next. I came in that same day and Denise was very helpful with reviewing my loan terms and my APR, monthly payments and documents. It was very easy and everyone was sop helpful and I highly recommend coming here!

Stephanie and the professional staff made me feel immediately welcomed. The process was easier than I thought and it felt like the application process was expedited. Today, I came in to omni loans. With very little hope for approval. Because I'm currently in rebuild phase from a divorce. I'm currently getting remarried to my one and only first love, and I was a little short for the final expense for our wedding. I was expecting some extra pay on this month's pay, but it didn't come through as expected. Thus having my wife very worried on what we were going to do about the wedding. I always had a great relationship with omni loans, so I was like I'll give them a try. Came in and applied with Vanessa and was blessed with approval with enough to cover our wedding expenses. Thank you Omni and thank you Vanessa. You are a life saver. ❤️

Went in for a loan when I was in a tight spot from an emergency. They helped me out with what I needed and I was in and out in an hour with my money. After a few payments I had a problem with my bank and I was a little late by the time I realized. Hannah helped me out and they're gonna help get that late payment waived off.
