I just like to take this opportunity to give input at Benny’s pawn shop in the Northeast. The customer service was executed with good response staff very knowledgeable. The environment very Clean and organized turning this into a good customer experience

Absolutely love this place! So many great things to see. The environment is not like any other pawnshop I've ever been to. It's clean and well organized and has a great variety of merchandise and jewelry. Definitely recommend!

I have been using Benny's since they opened, they are always professional and helpful from the time you walk in the door. Hilda is the perfect manager, beautiful and smart and comfortable to talk to and she goes out if her way. Olga always can make anyone smile...you can tell they like their job. I won't go anywhere else! Plus they have all my stuff! Lol but tge electric bill will always get paid! Lol

Benny's has been my Go-To for a year or two now, I enjoy the variety of merchandise, ranging from rare antiques with surprising local history, prestigious brands at a bargain, and everything in-between. Most of all; however, I enjoy the friendly knowledgeable staff, they greet me by my 1st name and are always honest, polite, and professional. Gateway north in northeast El Paso is my favorite location and I look forward to going back soon. Miles

I tried to pawn a gun here and they low balled me 120$. Cash America bought the same gun for 260$ Can’t speak for the rest of the shop, only the pawning process for firearms.

This shop has a lot of gems from jewelry ✨️ and tech. I was surprised at the selection, of gaming consoles and tablets. New things come in a lot so it is worth dropping in to look around for some treasures 🤑

What a nice, warm, welcoming store to go into. You feel like you are at home anytime you walk through the doors. Good selection of merchandise at great prices. I went in today with the thoughts that I might be able to put a guitar on layaway that I had my eye on for the past month. Mission accomplished with Helga, the manager, plus I also purchased a like new USB interface for my computer. Kudos for having what I needed in stock at the store.
