OneMain Financial Us 70 Hwy, Clayton

I have been with OneMain for a long long time. They got me out of a horrible car loan and are very helpful and understanding. If I need some cash, I know where to go. My car is paid off and now I have an unsecured loan. OneMain has helped me build my credit and ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful. I started out in Garner, NC but now work with the Clayton branch.

The lady at my branch Becky was awesome! I called to get a personal loan and after sending her the required documents I had money in my account within a couple of hours! I didnt even have to go to the office, it was all online. Thank you One Main and Becky!!!

Barb was very professional and called me back exactly when she said she would, which in today’s hectic business world is a rarity. They got me approved and the entire process was simple and the staff was very friendly!! This was my first time financing so I had a lot of questions. Instead of treating me as a pesky customer (we all know we all have those) they seemed eager to help me learn and get on the right track. Highly recommend!!!

As always customer service is excellent. This time my loan was done completely online and my check was direct deposited. I didn’t even have to leave the house!

Friendly nice staffs helpful and respectful neat new tech which allows paperless at signing all done on screen screens had arm in the back giving it mobility needed to turn the screen pull closer or push back to its seat

This place is a joke. Not helpful at all an when you send emails to them you don’t get a response. I went in there to get loan an was given all the information when I asked them questions I wasn’t given the answers. Pretty much wasted my whole day today running around getting the stuff they needed an to find out that I wasn’t getting anything.

The manager Becky was very rude and incompetent. She not only gave me and the car lot I was purchasing a car from different amounts she gave me a $600 quote difference and said oh well I did my math wrong and didn't look at all of the numbers. Excuse me?! The fact that she's a manager and her job is finances makes this excuse totally unacceptable. Considering she's a manager she needs to be more detail oriented and have all of her ducks in a row and all of the proper information before she talks to potential client. I have dealt with One Main for many years especially when I lived in Pa and ever since they were Soringleaf and have NEVER had this big of a problem. If it wasn't for the fact my son loved the car and was excited to get it I wouldn't have gone with One Main and am strongly considering NOT using One Main in the future after this loan is paid off. She was also pretty rude as well and acted like she could care less about my concerns. Although I have dealt with One Main for many years this is the first time I have done a car loan with them and was very new to the process and was very frustrated with getting so many different stories and amounts.

Very helpful staff, very friendly and helped me get a loan when no one else would. Definitely reccomend them for anyone with no so perfect credit and a job that needs money fast. I had my money within 24 hours after getting approved

I have nothing to say but the people at the Clayton branch have been great every time i did business with them. they have always gone that extra mile to help me. Thank you so much.
