1. Bad Customer Service/NOT discuss about my Loan. Just my apply review and U cannot . I cant do anything....She said. OMG. I can get the loan the other way 2. Bad manner Agency staff/just Screaming and hang off the phone She s not ready to in Agency staff. Be ready 4 her. She need more trainning. NOT professional.

I just recently got my second loan from One Main. Michael was the person that assisted me in the process, it was super easy, and he is super helpful and responsive. He is always on top of things. totally recommend this place

Horrible experience. Spent two days uploading documents for a loan. A loan that I was backing up with my car title. I gave them everything short of my blood type and at the very last second they inform me that my unemployment benefits cannot be counted as income. Thanks for nothing.

My experience with One Finance was pleasant. The only hitch in the line was the FICO score, that was too high.

They were so nice considerate and patient with me I really enjoyed the experience and I would recommend it to anyone of my friends or family members I had a wonderful experience with everyone thank you very much for your assistance and help

Ms. Sheila was absolutely amazing, she was professional, prompt, responsive, answered all of our questions and was truly an all around pleasure to talk to. When she couldn't speak with is Theresa did her best to answer our questions as weIl. My husband and I are thoroughlysatisfied and will definitely use their services again. Before I start laying down the proverbial 'meat' of my review/critique/feedback/testimoney, I'd like to state that I was not asked to do this review of my experience, nor did they request that I leave feedback for public consumption after I applied--and was approved and funded--for a personal loan with OneMain, by anyone with the company. There are not enough positive things to say about my experience with their reps/cust svc agents. I was referred to this company because another lending organization approved me and then denied me because my credit score changed more than 25 pts bergen the time they approved me and I accepted 5 days later... thats another story. OneMain asked for my details, e.g.: proof of employment/income/bank statements etc and started their review. Just a note: I have a vehicle repossession on my credit report that is showing as derogatory that was never removed as it was stated it would from the reporting agency. OneMain asked me about this and most lending companies would see this and not even hear what I had to say. OneMain did their due diligence. I have documentation to support everything I told them. They came thru in the clutch. I was approved and signing the contract the same day and had the funds in my account the next business day. They were helpful, kind, courteous and I dont know that there was anything they could've done better... besides offering to buy me dinner, idk? Lol. Definitely 5 stars all around. They helped me out when my first attempt with another well known lending organization was denied. Definitely recommend OneMain for anyone that needs to look at requesting a personal loan, or any loan for that matter. Appreciate you guys! Thanks again, Josh

This was my first time applying for a personal loan and Stephanie was nothing, but amazing! She made all the terms and conditions clear and answered all of my questions. She even took the time to explain how can I get to my goal of buying a house one day and how to work on my credit. Definitely recommend this company and Stephanie Schafer.

I was 3 days late with my payment, and I had a Mike Watkins (probably a fake name) calling my place of employment saying he was returning my call. Which was lie! They act like greedy hustlers if they don't get their money exactly on the 1st! Looking forward to paying these scumbags off and having nothing to do with them.

The customer service representative handled my request with expertise and efficiency. The quality of service could not be any better. They satisfied all my needs. I owe them a big thank you.
