    Emily is awesome! I never wait in line for more than 5 minutes no matter how long line gets! She is fast, friendly and effective and has taken time out of her day to assist me on freezing my card when I’ve misplaced it. Love Ace

    I usually go to the location in Burbank because it’s closer to my home; but unfortunately today I had a horrible experience at the Burbank location so the next closest Ace Cash was in Hollywood. Mirian was so amazing and kind, the process was fast and easy and she has amazing customer service skills. I will now be making the drive out to Hollywood because it’s worth it for a good experience.

    I have been a loyal customer to Hollywood ACE and never have I felt so unwelcome from an employee. I always come to be helped by Emily or Miriam, but on Friday when I came this new girl Jessica was on her phone not once looked up to welcome me or help me that Emily while helping everyone else in line multitask she helped me with much graciousness and reminded me why I come to ACE. Always making me feel welcome, I enjoy coming her for Emily or Miriam. I don’t want to stop coming just because ACE hired someone who doesn’t want to be here or help there customer and just concerned with her phone. Please remove this girl from this store or ACE will be losing loyal customer. I am on of many that have a complain to say about this young lady Jessica!

    Excellent customer service. The two ladies working the counter are 5 star employees. Had to return for a money order issue and was dealt with in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Here visiting L.A. and I highly recommend this ACE location to anyone.
