Lauren was very helpful, the whole office seemed to click together really well. I recommend come in and song these great people. They really went out if their way to get us the best loan that meet our needs.

Absolutely poor customer service. Local “Manager” unprofessional and un-courteous. Off of recent interaction with female “manager” I would recommend any other financial lending institution over the Plano OneMain Financial office. OneMain Financial should be embarrassed about their representation at the “Manager” level there.

The location communication is terrible! When ever I call no one answers. They call me I answer they just hold the phone (just background noice) then they’ll hang up and send over an auto email that you can’t reply to. I don’t recommend this office at all

This One Main location used to be Springleaf Financial. I had two loans with Springleaf in the past. They were friendly, helpful, sincere, and a valued part of our community. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I genuinely enjoyed my visits. Unfortunately, the Springleaf manager & staff are gone. One Main bought Springleaf and completely restaffed the office. While they claim to be the same company, they are nothing like Springleaf Financial. Instead, they are rude-unprofessional outsiders who seem too annoyed to be of any help to anyone. I can't wait to pay off my loan so I can be finished with One Main forever. I'll look to a more-professional company for my future business needs.
