They acted like they could not use my I.D because it was torn in the corner even though I told them it was still valid they were acting is if I were lying when they could of easily just looked at the expiration date and see it didn't expire untill 2024, so I went to title max and got approved for a loan with the same I.D and no problems in less than 45 minutes. I've used this I.D at the DMV, banks, check cashing places,ect. and this is the only place that has given me a problem because of my I.D. I do not recommend going to this place. It seems like they did not want to help and weren't as friendly as the people at title max.

Always friendly, inviting, and helpful. I have never received such awesome customer service from beginning of the loan process to making payments.

Mandy was the best loan officer. Even after I didn’t get the loan at first I called several times asking questions on different ways I could try again. We found away and by the end of the day I received the loan money......Thank you Mandy my baby girl is going to have a great Christmas Brandy

The staff was helpful and very nice. My experience was more than 5 stars. The whole loan process was faster than expected. Their explanations of my offer and what was needed went very smooth. I would recommend this company whenever someone is seeking a loan.

horrible!! I spent 2 days going back and forth on the phone trying to apply for a loan.. then when they finally received everything they needed she said I would be approved.. but end up getting denied!! I am frustrated they took me through sooooo much just too say not approved & especially when I really needed it.. A Waste of TIME .. DO NOT DO IT. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ! SMH

I spoke with Nayelli, a rep within the humble branch for quite a few minutes explaining my situation and needs. Despite me telling her one key information she still encouraged me to apply for a loan. During this process she runs my credit twice. Now my score has taken a significant hit. I don’t recommend this location, as the knowledge, quality and customer value is not here. I feel more training is required in understanding customer needs rather than trying to sale a product. I am paying significantly for this mistake.

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is after sitting there for over an hour I had to go to the bathroom and they said it wasn't for public. Sorry but that didn't sit well with me, I was not leaving to go find a restroom.
