Worst loan you can ever take out. The amount barely declines if you’re just making monthly payments and nothing a bit more. They are the worst bank out there and charged you $120 fee if payment is late even one day. If you can avoid this avoid it you’re better off taking out a loan with your bank or not all all. DONT TAKE NO LOANS OUT WITH THEM.

I haven't gotten the service and have never posted a review but I feel so obligated to. I spoke to a man ( with an accent). Oh my he was so so great. Patient. Took his time to explain everything to me. My god. I have never seen such professional love.

My experience with One Main Financial has always been a positive experience. The agent who handled my case was polite, conscientious and very sensitive to my needs. He shared openly and honestly in assisting me in making my decision. It was really a pleasure working with him. He gave me time and space to make a wise decision. Great guy.

Great costumer service for the day one. Michelle is an excellent agent always ready to help and bring a solution. very easy and convenient ways to pay the monthly payments. I recommend one main financial - Kearny NJ. I had an excellent experience with this financial institution.

Horrible customer service. Called 2 days straight, someone is either busy, on lunch, with a customer or whatever excuse they got....and they'll call back later. No call back received. I finally got through once I called them out on all the excused only to get info they could've easily called or emailed me so I could pursue other options. Horrible, do not reccomend this branch, do not reccomend this Lender.

WORST PLACE TO Take out A LOAN. Agent KIMBERLY did a horrible job at communicating what required paperwork was needed.very bad communication. Do yourself a favor a avoid this location.

Terrible experience!! I desperately needed a loan to pay for my rent and my Childs school fees, all of which was due on the 1st of august. I spent an entire day reaching out to the bank, getting a lien put onto my car and ended up with a super high monthly rate. I accepted the loan offer because I needed the money for the first of the month and the banker promised me the money would deposit into my account the following morning, which was false. I contacted the bank the following morning asking about the delay and they replied it will be there later in the day. I calmly waited the entire day and nothing deposited. The following day I contact the branch about the money not entering my account and they said I would have to pick up a check. This check was located in the Kearny branch so its about 1 hour away from my work in NYC. I was forced to leave work early and grab the check before closing time so that I can have the money before Sunday the first. The bankers claimed my account was wrong and that the bank "declined the deposit " I validated everything on my end with downloaded images of the documents I sent. even downloaded bank statements , account numbers and all. The check was deposited that same day and still hasnt cleared fully and its been almost an entire week. This mistake the branch clearly made caused me to take out a second loan from a relative just so that I can have the money I owed the school and my landlord. Very humiliating and I do not recommend OneMain Financial to anyone!!!

i. would not recommed this facility, not even to my worse enemy. The people that work there are unprofessional and giving customer varrying information. They are rude and play games and are only there to try and set individuals up into high intrest accounts so they can get the commission. Dont drink the kool-aid people dont drink it! They will set you up!

Very unprofessional rep, especially while dealing with one’s credit and potential money. I never received a call back. After waiting two days, I called and the agent didn’t have my numbers ready. Once i got the numbers they were less than what was previously said. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

Very unprofessional was called and was emailed and was told to upload documentation as I was approved pending verify my Identity I go online to login liked they ask me to only to see that I was denied so why ask me to do all that if you guys denied me anyway which is OK because I got a better loan opportunities somewhere else and they help me and it was better and I didn’t have to present a collateral anyway
