Communication is HORRIBLE!!! I have the unemployment insurance and have not been able to activate it and NOONE will respond to emails or calls but can send offers for new loans! What a joke!!! This company is giving me the run around regarding making payments and causing hardship when I PAID FOR THE INSURANCE!!! I haven't had a job OR received benefits since JAN 2021!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Shanley lacks customer service and a desire to help people. You would think someone in this role would be more diligent at doing their job. I was referred to OneMain from a friend, I pre qualified on the app, and spoke with someone over the phone and was given my quote and when it got to this location I spoke to 3 different people, never got a call back though I was told someone would call me and had to follow up with them multiple times after submitting all my documentation. I was rudely told I could not be helped and was told there was nothing that could be done, by Shanley..in fact, at first she stated she would submit my app, and abruptly changed her mind and stated she will not submit and there is nothing I can do. If she is the Manager, I would bypass this location all together or get your loan transferred to another branch. I was able to get my loan transferred to another branch they reviewed my documentation, I also provided further documents to explain my situation and they worked to explained what I qualified for and got my process complete with no issues, with the SAME documentation I provided to Shanley, Lisa, and Alicia. Advice for this branch: If you don't like working with customers, you probably shouldn't work in a customer service position- Drop the attitude. Advice to Applicants: Avoid this location if you can, or at least Shanley.

Beware if you want good customer service. Shanley (manager) has no heart/compassion for anyone. The loan that I have (paid regularly) each month was secured by my vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled (no fault of my own). The payout was only 2,000 for the car. I called One Main since they hold the title, to see if they can work with me so that I can get another car. Shanley STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE ONE MAIN ALL OF THE MONEY. Which left me with no car or down pymt. Wow, she could have at least split it. I would receive 1,000 (for a down pymt) and they would receive 1,000. I also explained that this will leave me with no car to get to work to pay them. Response from Shanley: You was the one who need the loan. WOW!

I AGREE WITH THE LADY WHO SAID SHANLEY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOW IN 5 SECONDS I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW RUDE SHE WAS TO ME. SHE IS IN THE WRONG PROFESSION. i HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. WHAT A DISAPOINTMENT.

It was a very simple process from the very beginning. Marvetta was awesome and helped me to do exactly what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this place over anywhere else if you need a personal loan.

Made it soo easy from the comfort of my own home. Loved not having to leave my house with my current disability. So easy and fast! Ava was great to work with!

Total bait and switch. I was pre approved thru Credit Karma with them for a secured loan. All the terms changed after they already did a hard inquiry on my credit. They gave me two lesser offers than the "pre approval" offer with higher interest. After doing some additional research online (my fault for not doing it beforehand) this is a common issue with them. There are several better options than these jokers. Try Avant or RocketLoans, both which are totally online and don't require you to travel to an office in a strip mall with someone trying to shank you with higher rates.

Shannon at the Hiram branch is not customer friendly. I was referred here through friends & others due to many offers. She called me & with an attitude the energy she put off should not be acceptable. I don’t like writing reviews but she’s an a**. & before you apply know your correct dates they do not verify any information, it’s like they go off word & not verification!

I did pre-qual and decided not to use them,considering I literslly just bought a car and did not have a title. These unscrupulous folks ran my CREDIT 3 days in a row AFTER I SAID ,the trabsaction wasn't going to happen I LIVID!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the best experience! Fill out the forms, provide the information, go in sign the paperwork and your done, check is direct deposited. Thanks again Lisa YOU WERE GREAT!!!!
